URGENT I need legal advice on a accident?

Hi my husband and I need legal advice on how to handle this matter, my husband last year loaned his truck to my sister for a few days just right before she was going to return the truck she lets her husband drive it and he ran the STOP sign and he crashed on to the corner of a building and he also hit a car the truck spin ed and the back door hit the side of a car that was parked on the side of the street thank god no one was hurt on the accident except for miner injuries the persons in the other car had and my sister in the truck. my sister took the blame for the accident as the driver b/c her husband does not have drivers license a police report was filled were it says my sister was at fault in the accident. the truck did not have Insurance at the time of the accident my husbands truck was a total loss. well here is where the problem comes she says she is going to assume the responsibility for the accident and the total loss for our truck BUT know she is acting like its not too important and she is just making it too long resolve this matter and that is not the only problem the truck is my husbands but the truck is under my husbands ants name so we are very worried about this situation. my sister said that she was going to pay for our truck in the tax season but now it seems like she just has other priorities like going on vacation :( and not caring about the problem we want to make a letter where her husband and her admit to the responsibility to the accident and where they admit to pay our truck in full by tax time but we just don't have any idea of how to make this letter that just in case we have to go to court we can show it to the judge and make them both responsible for what hap pend b/c now they are both blaming each other and they are even thinking about a separation please help us and give us a idea of what to do or an idea of what to include in this letter. she has ignored all the letter of the insurance companies and she does not even call them please help.

Please I need advice. Its urgent?

And, because surrendering of your own free will demonstrates acceptance of responsibility, it will also ensure you a lighter sentence.

6. I was once handcuffed by Officer White, our neighbor and a sheriff when I was growing up. I told him that I wanted to know what it felt like to be handcuffed, so he handcuffed me behind my back and placed me in the back of his patrol car. We did this at my school demonstration to demonstrate to kids how frightening it is to be on the wrong end of the law. The handcuffs left red marks in my wrists from being so tight. However, they were not too painful, just more uncomfortable than anything. The worst part is having your hands restrained behind your back.

(URGENT NEED ADVICE) how long before I can masterbate after having surgery?

Obviously every 18 year old man has an intensely high sex drive and a real need for frequent ejaculations to avoid blue balls and genuine discomfort from a lack of ejaculations. That Dr. failed to do his job because he was too chicken to openly admit every 18 year old male masturbates very frequently and how soon you can ejaculate is a top concern for your testicles healing process. Just telephone the Dr.s office yourself and ask the office staff to ask the Dr. how soon you can ejaculate safely and that you will call them back yourself later to get the answer instead of them calling your family with the answer. All grown men deserve privacy for such an intimate surgery and its details and healing and use process. Your Dr. failed to do his job properly when he was alone with you and examining your testicles prior to surgery when he could have easily told you this necessary info in private and also answered all of your obviously needed questions when he was alone with you.

URGENT....need advice, on medication interaction with solpadol and epilepsy?

right there is no reliable information on the pain killer, solpadol and if it should be used with caution or not to be taken at all if you have epilepsy? the reason why i asked was it caused very shallow breathing when i was falling asleep, its made me very tierd and i couldn't hardly function... i was all ready started to seize whilst i was awake... then i was jerking and twiching and seizing left right and centre whilst i was sleeping i was in a half sleep mode were by, the seizure would wake me up,.... my breathing started to change and then i passed out.....? which has never happened before ... not like that awnyway? i need medical adivice on this..... i have simple partial seizures......the occational complex partial.... wiv the complex partials my breathing does not change ... i dont think... i also have myoclonic and tonic clonic seizures?... anyone please help.? i'm on 150 mg of lamictal aka lamotrigeine.. thankyou xxx
