Verizon Wireless. New Phone

How do I pay my Verizon Wireless bill over the phone?

Verizon has a specific number that allows you to check your balance, make payments, etc., using your phone. Also, since you would need to use a credit card anyway (when paying on a phone), why not just call their customer support line and start there? Finally, I certainly find it easiest to simply get to their web-site, or call support, to set up automatic charges to my credit card.

Should I buy my phone online at verizonwireless.com or go to a verizon wireless store?

I haven't heard anything negative about VZW's website, but I think you'll get better service if you go to a store and buy the phone in person. If you buy from a brick-and-mortar store you know exactly what you're getting and you've got the salesperson right there to make sure all your questions get answered. I would go ahead and make the trip to the store in spite of the weather and the inconvenience.

Trade in Verizon Wireless phone?

OK here is a question. I was told that you can trade in your verizon wireless phone if you dont like it and exchange it for a newer phone of equal or lesser value? is that true? I just got an LG Ally last week and I love it but If I am going to get a smart phone, I want to trade it in and get the HTC Incredible. Is that possible to do? I know a friend of mine had the motorola rival an traded hers in and got the LG EnV 3 or whatever the latest version of it is called. IT called a trade back or something? anything will help!

How much does it cost to cancel a Verizon Wireless mobile phone subscription?

There is no disconnect fee, and with that end of 2 year contracts, there are no more Early Termination Fees (ETF). If you decide to leave, all you owe is the balance on any device financing agreement you haven’t paid off yet, and your final bill for service prorated to the date of disconnection. If you are somehow under a 2 year contract for a phone (these should be all complete) or other device, the fees are:* $350 for smartphones * $175 for basic phones and connected devices (Jetpacks, tablets, cameras, smartwatches, etc.)If you are receiving a monthly credit on your device financing agreement to reduce the price or get a “free” phone, these credits will be void when you cancel, and you will still owe the ENTIRE balance.

Does Verizon Wireless work for ACN?

Love ACN Verizon! It saved me $150 on my new Blackberry Storm! Trust your friend! Going through ACN Verizon can save you a lot on your phone and insurance!

At&t pay-as-you-go phone vs Verizon Wireless contract?

Get the Verizon plan. The coverage is vastly superior to the Att gophone network (which is worse then the regular Att network). I HATE Att and Verizon's prepaid plans because they always charge those stupid "Daily Access fees" before you even talk a minute! And FREE texting? That's pretty sweet!

But if you REALLY wanna keep your Att phone, use the same network and SAVE a lot more money, read this.
You could buy a prepaid sim like Air Voice gsm, Pure Prepaid, Locus Oxygen Gsm,Beyond Wireless Gsm and other companies that resell Att gophone time and run on the same network for cheaper. They average about 10-15 cents a minute and 5-10 cents a text.Att is 25 cents a minute and 20 cents a text. Plus you can use your Att phone with those company's sims without unlocking (You can even use an Att sim to activate on some of them!). But that's another story.

The only thing they are weak on is 1) No unlimited text plans 2) No internet. But they are a way better deal then Att gophone. I personally would recommend Air Voice Gsm because they have good customer service or Locus Oxygen o2. Locus has 500 minutes for 29.99 for 30 days after you buy their $9.99 sim (which you can also get on ebay for $5). Locus Oxygen O2 comes out to 6 cents a minute. NO DAILY access fees. And texts are a nickel each. And its exactly the same network you are using now. Their FLAT rate blows away even Att's silly 10 cents a minute only after you pay a $1 day charge rate. You can order their Locus O2's top ups online . Best Buy even carrries them, so they are a major (if somewhat unknown) brand.

Air Voice gsm has cards at little as $10, but the minutes are good for 90 days before they expire. Att, you have to pay at least $25 to get 90 days. Air Voice is 8-10 cents a minute depending on how big a card you buy. And both Locus o2 and Air Voice Gsm sims come with free airtime. Locus has 50 minutes free. I think Air Voice Gsm has something like 30 minutes. Att , you have NO free minutes.

Go online to find these companies. Or checkout Best Buy (For O2)

Whether you go Verizon or switch to one of the Att resellers is up to you, but I wish you good luck on either move. Either move is better then where you are sitting now.

How much does it cost to activate a verizon wireless phone?

$35. Actually if the phone was once used, you shouldn't be charged an activation fee. At least I never was. I broke my phone & then wanted to go back to an old phone. I did and Verizon never charged me an activation fee to activate the old phone.
