Washing Hair Without Shampoo Or Conditioner **only Answer If You Do This **

Just conditioning your hair without shampooing?

i was told that i should do this.. as i am trying to not wash my hair so often as my hair colour fades because i wash my hair so often so i was just wondering is it okay to condition hair between shampoos? like one night shampoo and condition and the next put some conditioner through and rinse it out?

would this just make my hair greasier?

Washing hair without shampoo?

Try some dry shampoo to tide your hair over between washes, its a spray and you can pick it up from chemists. For hygiene reasons you really should shower everyday. And i would suggest washing your hair more than once a week, but thats me personally. Keep your hair away from your face as it will cause breakouts if it is oily. Try a shampoo designed for oily hair and it will keep cleaner for longer also. It is bad to strip your hair of its natural oils but once a week is too long, so give those ideas a go, Good luck!!

Is it safe to wash my hair without conditioner?

Of course its safe, but no matter what you choose to do it wont be 100%. If you dont wash your hair, it will retain more oil and look dirty after more than a day or so. If you do, your hair will be clean but probably a little drier or flatter than usual if you only use shampoo, but hun its not going to hurt you. Some people never use conditioner. But to take good care of your hair, make sure you go get some conditioner that is good for your hair type so your hair has some moisture locked in and give it a little more body.

Can you just condition your hair without shampooing it?

I also want to know if just rinsing your hair is considered washing it? Because i am horrified of getting lice so i just rinse sometimes when i shower. I dont want to smell so i shower but i rinse my hair. Can that attract lice? Is that considered being clean? And will attract them? Also i need to condition my hair because i am gonna straighten it for something important at school i need to look nice. So please answer BOTH my questions. Thanks

Can I just use shampoo without conditioner?

How do I wash oil out of my hair without shampoo? Only Using water?

I had to learn the hard way how to remove oil out of my hair without shampoo.Using just water will not work, at least it didn’t work for me.Warning: Under no circumstance should you use baby powder of any kind if it contains talc which studies indicate could be toxic. Baby powder which is based upon organic cornstarch is a much better choice.Start with rice or blotting papers:Use some super absorbent oil blotting papers or polypropylene. Note: I personally have always had great luck with Clean & Clear Oil absorbing sheets. Use the oil blotting product and blot as much oil off your hair as possible.Keep blotting until you can not see any other obvious oil.Use a 100% cotton cloth:Once you had absorbed as much oil as possible off your hair, you can finish up by blotting with super soft clean cotton diapers or similar. You can also use super soft toilet paper or even unscented facial tissue paper. Some people suggest using paper towels, but I always find them too rough for my hair.Sprinkle with organic cornstarch:Do not use any type of talc based powder. Use a 100% organic cornstarch. This is messy, but will lift any remaining oil left on the hair.Sprinkle on the hair and brush or comb through hair.Continue brushing or combing until the powder which will bind with the remaining oil is removed.Wet wash with lukewarm water: Do not use extremely hot or extremely cold water. Lukewarm is the best option. Get hair completely doused with water. If necessary pre-fill water bottles with lukewarm water and pour over the top of the head to guarantee hair is completely wet.Apply a rinse-out conditioner:Use a rinse-out conditioner designed specifically for oily hair. Do not use a hydrating or moisturizing conditioner since you are trying to eliminate oil.Work it through your hair.Rinse out conditioner from hair:Rinse hair completely with lukewarm water.Finish with a cool/cold water rinse. You may need to repeat this process again if there is still oil on your hair.Ultimately applying undiluted shampoo to dry hair which is oil infused, patting the shampoo into the hair and then douse with lukewarm water is what works best for me.Best wishes.DISCLAIMER: I neither sell nor promote any companies, their products, nor do I have any online shopping outlet of my own to promote.
