Wdyt Of The Last Name

WDYT of the last name Beckham?

it is a last or surname and its ok, i don't really know what this question is about. we sort of inherit our last/surnames and there is very little we can do about it. if you are female you can change it when you get married and for either sex it can be changed by deed poll if you want.

WDYT of this name????

Guy because it rhymes with Noah. Toah David Slane? Toah Daniel? Toah Brett? Toah Tyler? Toah Joseph? Hope this helps :)

WDYT of the name Alice?

I love it...it's so timeless and literary, and sounds sweet, pretty, strong, and smart all at once to me. I wouldn't even call her Allie, since Alice has the same number of syllables and I love it so much, but that really depends on her personality.

I'd definitely spell it Alice...it's the way EVERYONE who hears the name will spell it without ever asking, so it will save her a lifetime of headaches. Alys is a legitimate medieval spelling, but a ton of people would mistake it for a kreativ spelling and think less of her and her parents. Alice will give her an easier life and make better first impressions.

Ideas for middles:

Alice Imogen
Alice Evelyn
Alice Ophelia
Alice Delphine
Alice Fiona
Alice Lydia
Alice Cordelia
Alice Bryony
Alice Matilda
Alice Tabitha
Alice Philippa
Alice Rhiannon
Alice Victoria

WDYT of the name Dallas for a BOY?

My son's center call is Dallas! So of direction i like the call, haha. We do love the call, yet initially the main important reason we chosen Dallas as a center call grow to be because of the fact it somewhat is after an quite close pal of the two me and my hubby who gave up the ghost final 365 days. we've relatively fallen in love with the call regardless of the undeniable fact that and it suits our son completely (his finished call is Jacob Dallas "Jace"). additionally, Dallas is the call of one of my all-time popular e book characters. that's not the clarification we chosen Dallas, even regardless of the undeniable fact that it works out properly, haha. So i like the call and think of it a protracted time very properly. Dally may well be an attractive nickname while he's youthful and that i think of Dallas sounds reliable. :)

WDYT of the name Tyanda?

I've looked this name up on about a dozen baby name sites. every single one says something different either with the meaning the origin or the variants it's taken from.
the one site that is the MOST legit and trustworthy name etymology site (behindthename.com) doesn't even list this as a name. i've seen this listed on other sites as being spanish, greek, australian, american, latin, and so on.

it's been listed as being a variant of Tiandra, Tia, Tea, Tandy, Tahnya, Tiana, Dianda, Tianna, etc

this is more than likely a MODERN made up trend name. with no real history or etymology or meaning. Just because you've managed to find ONE name site that lists it as you wish it to be doesn't make it so. there is such a thing as usage origin. if, Julia is saying to you- there is NO Spanish translation of this name, chances are that this name is NOT of Spanish origin AT ALL, but in fact some weird modern made up variant that "sounds" similar to a Spanish name.
it doesnt translate to anything in Greek either- just FYI.

example: The English name Starr- translates into Spanish as Estralla.
Tianda does not translate into ANYTHING in English from Spanish if it is Spanish.
neither does it translate from Greek, or anything else i've looked up.
it's a made up name.
probably a combination of Tia and Amanda. which is a common thing- (example: Lee and Ann= Leann)

i dont care for it but if you're going to use it spell it properly- Tianda. Random Ys are tacky, and look illiterate.

WDYT of the following names?

Maya Louise Carter 8/10 - Has a very nice flow
Faye Austen Carter 6/10 - Faye is so cute, but I'm not keen on Austen at all. I think a more feminine middle name should go with Faye.
Caroline Marie Carter 8/10 In my opinion I don't really like Caroline, but it's a very nice name.
Amelia Rose Carter 9/10 Adorable name! My favorite on your list!
Alice Louise Carter 8/10 Cute, I don't really like the flow between Alice & Louise since they both end in a silent 'e' I would suggest Alicia to go with Louise.
Madeline Louise Carter 9/10 Beautiful. I think Madeleine should be spelt like that but you can spell it either way thats just my opinion.

Levi Zachary Carter 7/10 Levi is okay, not my fave. Zachary flows well with Levi.
Ethan Riley Carter 6/10 I don't think both names flow very well together. They are nice individually though!
Gavin Lee Carter 7/10 I've never been a fan of Gavin, I find it too old fashioned but It's a really cute name. Flows nicely.
Ezra Ray Carter 9/10 Ezra is such a unique and cute name.
Benjamin James Carter 8/10 Flows well, Ben would be a nice nickname.

Definately Levi Zachary. Zachary Levi doesn't sound nice at all.

What is the meaning of "first name" and "last name"?Given-names: these are the names given to children by their parents (or, rarely, are changed by the children).Family-names (otherwise known as surnames): these are the names passed down from generation to generation (except in Iceland).Example 1: Mary Elizabeth Smith has two given-names and one family-name. If she calls herself Mary, then she has a first name, can use a middle initial, and has no problem with the forms.

While in the military, Princes William and Harry both used “Wales” as a surname. The logic of this is that their father is the Prince of Wales. However, as a royal prince of the United Kingdom, Prince Harry doesn’t require a last name. But if he did, it would be Mountbatten-Windsor.Some years ago, Queen Elizabeth II issued a Letters Patent saying that any male descendants of Prince Philip and herself who needed a surname would use “Mountbatten-Windsor.” So from a legal standpoint, that would be the correct one.HRH Prince Harry of Wales and Meghan MarkleIt’s traditional that when a senior royal prince marries, he receives a dukedom as a wedding present from the monarch. Harry is getting married very soon, and insiders say that The Queen has reserved the title “Duke of Sussex” for him. This would give Harry the additional option of using “Sussex” for a surname if he chose to.
