We Have Two E-mail Accounts Now Yahoo Cannot Separate Them

Is there any way to separate my Yahoo account from AT&T?

It can be a pain in the rear end (as in, the process has failed on occasion, though somewhat rare), but the instructions are found here:https://www.att.com/esupport/art... Log in to myAT&T with your AT&T Member ID and password.In the top navigation bar, under myAT&T, select Profile.Under AT&T Email Accounts, select Account Profile.In the User Information tab, to the right of your Member ID, select Delete Account.When the Delete Email confirmation displays, select OK.To continue using your Yahoo email, sign in to Yahoo mail. Select the Unmerge button in the bottom right corner of the page.

How do I unmerge two yahoo email accounts?

Hover over the far right gear icon in Yahoo mail and then click "mail options".
Then click "mail accounts" in left column.

Select the account and delete it.

Note that I am referring to a separate account. If you added a second address to the same account it can't be separated.

For example when Yahoo just notified people that the wish list accounts were available they gave a choice of the same account or a separate account. Once done it can't be changed.

How to merge 2 yahoo mail accounts into 1?

You can't...once established they are both considered primary email accounts and cannot be merged. An ALIAS account is the only thing you can attach to a primary..

The best option is to create an ALIAS account... to your present email address and have the name that you would like it to be. This is how you create one. You can also create an EXTRA email address, which is explained in the above link.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++...
… Click the link below to get an extra email address for your existing account. It´s absolutely free. Use it just as you would for your primary address (which of course you can still use). To make things handy, you can send and receive email from either address from the same inbox. You will also, by doing this, not lose anything from your original account. IE: emails, contacts etc. Any email sent to either address will go to the same inbox and you can sign in to either email address with the same password. http://edit.yahoo.com/config/list_alias?…
+ ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++...
If you have set up your alias properly when you create a NEW email or FORWARD/REPLY to one that you have received the first screen you see will have your email address in the FM line. If you click on the down arrow on the right side of the FM line you will bring up your other email address. Click on that and it will replace your primary email address. If clicking on the down arrow on the right side of the FROM does not show the other email address it means you have not set your alias up properly.
Recheck the steps you took.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++...
If you would like to make the Alias email address the primary one so that it shows up when in the COMPOSE...REPLY or FORWARD mode...do this
NEW format hover the pointer over the "your avatar/name"...upper right...click on ACCOUNT INFO...reenter your password ..once in click on CHANGE following your present primary address...the next screen place a dot in the circle to the left of the email address you want as primary and then click on SAVE..

Can you have 2 yahoo answers accounts if you don't use them to cheat?

Yes,you are right. Its ok to have two yahoo answers accounts so long as one is not used to give the other a TU or b/a or use both to report. So long as they dont interact in other words. If its a tempting to do this its best to only have one. Its hard to see why anyone would want 50 accounts or even 10 ?

How do I access my Yahoo Mail and folders now that AT&T doesn't allow you to access Yahoo separately?

I’m not following. Do you mean on your phone or your computer? On my phone I have two Home - Welcome to att.net accounts ( these are hosted by Yahoo, FYI), and one Yahoo account —I access all three of these via the mail application.
