We Will Never Escape The Bubble

The cryptocurrency market is wild.People are making ICO’s for everything they can put blockchain on - Consider that a Decentralised App needs to pay fees for every smart contract you push into the network.Would you pay real money everytime you want to use the App? That’s the problem here and people are not seeing this - When they will realise that some things are really useless to be kept on the blockchain then the bubble will get smaller. If we look into the past, thanks to Cointelegraph Bitcoin & Ethereum Blockchain News we can see all the market dips and the reason behind them:So there were two hacks of MtGox that sent in a downward spiral.Yesterday (26.01.2018) Coincheck was hacked for 534 mln $ worth of NEM, the coins were stolen from a hot wallet. Usually they keep the funds in a multisig wallet which requires multiple signatures to deploy a transaction into the network. The market hasn’t even reacted - NEM was down by 8%, but that’s it?People have their funds stuck and they are waiting for a decision from Coincheck - They stated in a press conference that they will do all their best to refund all the stolen funds to the rightful owners - Or they could declare bankruptcy - Let’s wait and see.I think that the cryptobubble will never pop, it will get smaller, making room for the important and revolutionary projects out there like (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc)P.S: If i left some things out feel free to edit my answer. If you enjoy my writing follow me on Quora and i will repay you with valuable information.

Do you like Escape the Fate?

wow look at naked raygun acting like she knows everything. LOSER. Escape The Fate isn't emo, it's post-hardcore.

Okay for my answer, Escape The Fate's genre is not exactly my favorite, I'm more into metal. But for some reason i absolutely love them. The ironic thing about naked raygun's answer was that I actually like their lyrics. There aren't too many bands that I know that have good lyrics and I find theirs to be creative in a way. I especially like Ronnie's voice. Normally I don't like the pop-punk kind of voice (which is the kind he has), because pop-punk just sounds like guys-who-want-to-be-girls singing, but Ronnie's in my opinion sounds unique. I just listened to their DEMO version of Not Good Enough For Truth In Cliche, you should check it out. To me Ronnie sounds a little too girly in that song, but he has his moments where he sounds just perfect and that's what makes me like it.

I know everyone is hating on Craig because he's not Ronnie, and I much prefer Ronnie myself, but I haven't heard Blessthefall and I don't really care to because it isn't my kind of music. But who knows, Craig might be just as good or even better than Ronnie. He may not sound exactly like Ronnie because he shouldn't try to be, but he may be better but just different sounding. I'm looking forward to hearing their new stuff.

*I only know 2 GUYS who like ETF. You and another guy on here who's username is "i walk with shadows". of course his username comes from the song My Apocalypse, but it's nice to see other guys who like them. Mostly it's just girls screaming about how cute Ronnie is....ugh. So props to you. =)

The “bubble” he spoke of was not a physical bubble, it is the volume within which we can see. It is not marked by any physical edge, but by the distance at which the photons which reach us started out just after the Big Bang.If there are beings in another galaxy, they have their own bubble in which they can see stuff near them. If our two bubbles overlap, we can see their galaxy and they ours. But beyond the bubbles is just more space, just like the space we see, as far as we know. Galaxies going for, apparently, ever. But we will never see most of them; only the ones in our bubble.

I feel like I need to escape?

I'm tired of living a life based off of routines. I feel time is moving by too fast, and is limited to too much work. It feels like a never ending cycle. There is no adventure in my life to enlighten myself. I feel old, stuck inside a body of a young girl. I need an escape. I think about running away, planning a trip across the states, but I would never do it by myself. Time is moving too fast and is wasted by doing things in such orderly, meticulous fashion. As if things were meant to be perfect and time was meant to be wasted trying achieve the perfect society full of intellectual and beautiful people. Is it so bad that I want experience in life? Not the kind young people want nowadays... actual experience with all of the beautiful aspects given by nature to the world? Seeing the beauty possessed by nature...? Seeing the world through other peoples perspective?

Because living a life such as this forever makes me feel I will never grow.

Question is: AMMO **** When will the Ammo bubble burst or has it?

In my area prices have NOT gone down.....

What has happened is more ammo is available... No empty shelves like 8 months ago...

BUT the prices have gone up......

Prices most likely will not go down.... Yeah some of the cost increases are due to price gouging but that is only part of it.... We are in strange economic times right now..... The Federal Government is printing money like crazy and anybody with any money sense knows this will cause inflation.... Inflation will be a major component of ammunition price increases in the next few years....

If you shoot a lot and have also noticed your investments aren't paying well - then this would be a good time to pick up some ammo in bulk.... What you will see is the prices will rise faster that what a bank will pay in interest in a CD or Passbook account.....

So stocking up on a sensible amount would be a good choice....

Why dont bubbles pop in the rain?

The surface tension of the bubble causes the bubble to somewhat elastic. When the bubble forms it stretches the molecules making the surface tension increase. This high surface tension helps prevent the bubble from distorting and popping when hit by something like rain. The quote below is very good.

"Their spherical shape is also caused by surface tension. The tension causes the bubble to form a sphere, as a sphere has the smallest possible surface area for a given volume. This shape can be visibly distorted by air currents. However, if a bubble is left to sink in still air, it remains rather spherical, more so, for example, than the typical cartoon depiction of a raindrop. When a sinking body has reached its terminal velocity, the drag force acting on it is equal to its weight. Since a bubble's weight is much smaller in relation to its size than a raindrop's, its shape is distorted much less. (The surface tension opposing the distortion is similar in the two cases: The soap reduces the water's surface tension to approximately one third, but it is effectively doubled since the film has an inner and an outer surface.)" - wikipedia

Will we ever escape the dying universe?

Indeed, a type of immortality is likely to occur by around 2045. It could be achieved today with nothing more than current technology, but the majority of the public simply isn't ready for that event. A modified version of human cloning is very likely to be the most efficient pathway for extending the useful human life span. Any anti-aging mechanism must take into account the effects of entropy upon the whole body system, over time. Human cloning is the only anti-aging method that possesses the potential to fully compensate for the effects of entropy. It is a shame that humanity had ban this technology without even considering its true potential to benefit all of life.

Escaping the Universe: Not likely, since the escape velocity for the visible Universe far exceeds the speed of light. However, there may be other pathways such as multi-dimensions, wormholes, and other unforeseen quantum mechanisms. It is possible, in my opinion, that there are other matter universes out there besides ours, but they too are in a superposition state of both living and dying just as our Universe is. It is the same with all things. Life and consciousness is simply a superposition state between living and dying, with perhaps aging being the collapsed wave-function condition.

Fact is, because of entropy, there can be no such thing as a true immortality. Life can be extended significantly at best, in my opinion.

Best regards

One sign is when there is nearly universal agreement in the general population that things are looking up. Cabbies and your brother-in-law are rushing to buy, fueling the upwards trend. Now, who are they going to sell to?This great quote by Nicole Foss explains it nicely:By the time the new received wisdom has become so entrenched that there  is almost universal agreement, there is virtually no one left to act on  that opinion and carry that trend any further in the same direction.Miranda Marquit has identified 6 signs of a bubble, which may help too:http://www.moolanomy.com/3535/6-...See also the Broadstuff Bubble Beaufort Scalehttp://broadstuff.com/archives/2...And the Kevin Marks Omen: 'When expensively educated, fashionable young graduates start showing up in your field, you're in a bubble.' http://epeus.blogspot.com/2005/1...Edit: as Neil Kandalgaonkar accurately points out in his answer, bubbles burst not because there are no more believers left, but because the believers are no longer able to borrow to buy into the bubble. To know it's going to burst, you need to figure out when people will no longer be able to borrow. Identifying current and potential lenders and probing lender psychology is thus probably key.

Never, the bubble won’t burst. Looks like this goes against what others are saying on this thread.Neural networks have experienced previous AI winters before where they lost traction in the tech community. Where excitement has been replaced with disappointment, as applied researchers found issues with general usefulness. With deep learning this has changed forever. You do have some bad examples in the community of AI not measuring up: Texas hospital struggles to make IBM's Watson cure cancer. Some, might use these examples to say:“Look, we don’t have self-driving cars yet, and we still have cancer, so therefore AI isn’t prime time. IBM Watson isn’t working”What are the front-line AI soldiers saying?I’m an AI soldier, delivering AI solutions in a hostile new environment. People like me are much closer to the frontline of what is happening with AI because unlike academics we are solving real business problems with urgency. Our conversations and accountability are also happening at the executive level. Even groups like Gartner, saying that AI is at the top of the hype-phase are reporting on a lagging indicator. From our perspective, deep-learning has already crossed the trough of disillusionment and is entering a hyper-productivity era.Talent Bubble? So I am saying there won’t be a deep-learning bubble, but there could be a talent bubble that gets burst as you have more tools like Auto-ml for deep-learning coming online. Fewer people will have to know the details. The talent bubble will also come from companies who don’t need deep-learning, hiring talent they don’t need to chase a problem that really isn’t there. These talent bubbles fall out the bottom, so entry level positions will become harder to get. Top tier AI/deep-learning positions will continue to flourish. For Every Step Backwards With Deep-learning I’ll Show you 5 steps forward:So for every example of: “See, deep-learning isn’t measuring up” I will show you 5 examples of successful deep-learning deployments. These deep-learning examples aren’t just helping businesses, they are transforming them. The results are highlights for the board meetings, not because AI is cool, but because the results impact growth, revenue, KPIs, and metrics that executives care about. Now in 2018/2019 you are looking at real human automation, especially in manufacturing and QA steps… I would be much more concerned about your job going away through successful automation than the deep-learning bubble bursting.
