Plenty of Fish? It's free and lots of people use it. But dude...consider getting tested and looking for a girl who is confident enough with her sexuality to do the same. WAY to many girls happily hump and pump away but think getting tested would make them look slutty. I'd rather have a confident cougar who does not want to deal with the BS of STDs than a dishy and eager 19yo who can't look in the mirror to long without breaking into tears.

Make yourself into a person that is worth having as a friend and who treats others with respect and the benefits will follow naturally. The plain fact is that most reasonably well adjusted people like sex but no one in their right mind wants to be objectified, used, or treated as object for you to relieve yourself in. No website is required just normal mature human contact.
