Am i over weight for a 13 year old?

Baby, you are little and skinny. You need to see ur dr because u have very low self esteem and a horrible self confidence. U only 13... u not big enough..u missing several kg just to be on the normal side.
Bad self esteem will make u think something wrong with u when u perfect.
Maybe sonebody critized u when u were very little. You need to find out where the root of ur problem comes from and work from there.

How do I grow my self-confidence? My family makes jokes about me gaining weight, and tells me to lose weight and tries to put me on diets. I'm 13 years old, 164 cm, and 44.5 kg.

You are a lovely kid and need not to worry at all. Let people talk all rubbish about you, don't hear them. They make your jokes for two reasons, one; they might be most stupid people and two; you react on their jokes. Pls smile when they make a joke, never react. Slowly they will loss the interest to crack jokes on you.Now come to second part of your problem, your weight. Take my words, only 06 months are required to loss a huge weight whereas vyou are not obese at all. Slightly overweight, and come in shape qith 2–3 months consistant efforts. But i will advise you to focus on study only. Once you settle in your desired course (after 12th) you can make efforts to come in shape.All the best

How do I help improve a 13 year old boy's self confidence?

Self-confidence is a massive word, what specifically does he do/not do which makes you think he hasn't got confidence.....knowing this may give you a better idea of how you can help. We all approach situations from our own point of view, what you perceive as confident behaviour e.g. 'confident people talk about feelings' may not be what someone else believes as having confidence means. For him maybe confidence is 'contributing to a team' or 'standing up for a friend'. There are lots of ways people show their confidence so first start by understanding his world (what makes him smile, shine etc) so you can find out what things you can help him with to grow his own version of confidence. Maybe him showing his feelings is more important to you than it is to him.I have some free videos which you can watch if you like. They help break down confidence and explain how your brain builds your evidence to establish a belief such as having low-confidence. This understanding may help you break down the issue as a whole and begin to see where and how you can help him. Waist:26in
Bust(around nipple); 34in
Bra size: 34B or 32C
I feel like my boobs are just too big, and I hate it!! Also, how can i lose weight? I am looking to lose around 15 pounds, what are some good tricks to loosing weight fast? If I lose 15 pounds will my boobs shrink? Please help!!

No, you're not overweight, your BMI is 22.3 which is in the healthy weight range but since it's close to the overweight weight range, just lose maybe 5 lbs? Nothing serious or anything.

How to lose weight at 13?

Eat healthy. Take a 3 small meals a day. When you go to bed take one small cup of cold water, so in the morning too. Jog for 20 min a day, you can walk for 30 minutes if it is a big meal cut it in half. Take 2 healthy snacks.Do 21 sit ups.While you eat don't set up your TV or computer.Watch TV for 11 minutes and go on the computer for 13 minutes.Whenever your finish your breakfast,lunch and supper go for a jog or walk for 24 minutes.Lay down and pick up your legs.Lay on the floor and move your feet.Have a good night sleep then in the Morning, afternoon, noon and night grab 3 healthy snacks. No restaurants.Chew slowe you could lose weight and a healthy breakfast is porridge.Eat less.Drink less. go to a gym and exercise there for 1 hour do push ups 10 push ups no soft drinks that has fat healthy drinks are fine and healthy don't eat a lot.Exercise is good for your health Good luck on your work hun:).
