Weight loss plan? diet plan?

Every one says that for losing weight one must burn more calories then one eats.

All focus on either eating less or burning more. Strangely enough when u eat less ur body heats up initially. After some time there is no energy in the body. So people says eating less is not the final solution. One must eat less but do more exercises. When a person exerts more than he is used to in recent past he gets tired. The result he will rest more or eat more.

So what is the solution. Those who have seen titanic, would remember that man woman body in touch produces lot of heat. That means it burns lot of calories. A cold a person burns more calories.

Then u have some people who say that sex act burns lot of calories. But that tires out a person. There is a limit to that as well. Physically as well as emotionally.

Now start thinking - is it just the sex act that produces hear. I do not think so. Even body contact produces lot of heat. That is not tiring physically of emotionally.

It could be emotionally. But I wonder whether it has to be body touch by other sex or could be even contact with the person of same sex.

May be the heat is generated even when ur own body touches other parts of the body.

I think that is true.

So to burn more calories one may try sleeping without putting on clothes. Wearing pants or shirts may cause the body parts not touching other body part.

By when u are not wearing anything but are safe under suitable mattresses or quilts ur body parts are in touch. When u are sleeping u can burn more calories.

That will teach u to master ur body better over a period of time.

U can eat what u feel like and burn those excess calories without tiring urself. May be u are fresh and more energetic in the morning when u get up to burn more calories.

Good weightloss plan?!!?!?!?!?!?

ok im 13 5'3 and 130. i know that im not completely overwight and the docter says im fine but im not happy with me. so accordin to me calorie caculoator i need 1864 to maintain my weight and 1040 do hav a dramatic weightloss. so thats what im plannin to keep at everyday. do hip hop abs for 30-40 mins(which helpd me lose weight in the past) and thats all i got soo far. i really need help. so if you think its a good plann just tell me or hav any suggestions let me kno. its HIGHLY appreciated

I would like to lose 12 kg, could you help to plan a weight-loss schedule?

I am about 1.55 Meters tall and almost 58kg and OVERWEIGHT
I would really like to lose the 12 kg as quick as possible and I cannot seem to plan any weight loss schedule that works for me and I will need some help on the weight-loss schedule and also some good advice on eating and exercise habits.

I love food
I eat when I am bored (I get fat during the holidays
I have only 2 weeks left before the school reopens.

I would like a simple plan like,
E.G.: Every day
How long I must do a type of excercise
And ways to help me stop the EAT-WHEN-BORED bad habit without using medicine.

Great that you are starting and just look ahead not backwards! I used to have big problems with being too heavy and fat, but have really trimmed down and very active in outdoor activities and gym now. Now am 175 and 6'0" and good muscle to fat ratio 32 inch waist. Here's a good site I found that really helped. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before...there's even lots of free articles on the site which will give you a great start on your journey to good health!

Weight loss plan and diet for 17 year old male ...?

All right young man,first I want to correct all the typing errors in your original message and you can see how you look.
I'm extremely serious about losing weight. I'm 17 years old male, 5'10-11" and my weight has been going up and down between 224-230. I don't want to be in the 200's, period. I haven't been fat all my life. I've been skinny for 60% of my life. Then I just started gaining weight. I'm not happy with the way my body looks. I am definitely too young to look this way. I don't look that bad. I am an ex-football player. I want to lose 50 pounds by March of next year. I don't want any BS weight loss schemes or pills. I want real effective tips, plans, workouts, and diets. I am willing to go the extra mile to lose this weight. I am leaving for college next year. I don't want to start a new chapter of my life looking bad. I get winded going up stairs! I have man boobs and a medium sized stomach that sticks out like a beer belly. This is NOT COOL. I'd also like to gain more muscle. How do i get rid of stretch marks? Please, I have the will power, and I am ready to get started. I have heard that targeted weight lose is impossible. I want to lose stomach fat, these man boobs, and tighten up my arms and thighs. I own a treadmill .

I would get a digital bathroom scale and put it in your bathroom. I would weigh myself several times a day. I would give up salting my food. You don't need a lot of bread either. Skim milk tastes as good as whole milk after a week. You should weigh your favorite drinking mug when it is full. Realize all you have to is lose that much food a day to reach your goal. You must decide that 2 eggs will do instead of three. Day after day, get on the digital scale. You will notice the difference after you use the restroom. You lost a pound, you will lose about a pound every two days, more if you exercise. The school gym is where you should workout. Good luck!

Good weight loss plan for 14 year old male.?

I have a problem with my weight. im 14 years old and i weight 188 pounds. Im 5'6 so that classifies me as obese. Now i dont really look like i weigh 188 pounds and im glad. It shows though. I just started my basketball season and we do many drills. Including Jogging and sprinting. I start off strong but im quickly winded. I notice i can pretty much jog as long as i can sprint. I want to lose weight so im not so quickly winded and so im not playing bench boy.
I have a bad will power also. Ive tried to diet before, but junk food is very tempting. Even when i eat healthy foods it doesn't satisfy me.There's something pretty wrong with me.
Can anybody help me out?
