How can I lose weight as a 13 year old girl? I am 140 pounds (64 kg), 5′1.

hey! nope you sound healthy! as long as your eating properly and not starving, or doing anything dangerous to your health, then your fine.

if your worried about your weight being to low, you can try these foods:

avocados, breads, pasta, rice, cheese, full fat dairy, oils, butters, creams, potatoes, beans, corn, bananas, raisins, dried fruits...

also junk food CAN be healthy. IN MODERATION! meaning if you have a craving for ice cream, dont eat 2 cups, have one small bowl. or you can just have it in a cone with 1 or scoops! its the serving sises that matter more than what you eat.

for example-- did you know that me, a crazy health nut, has ice cream and or chocolate EVERYDAY and remains healthy? thats because i only have small portions of the unhealthy.

just keep doing what your doing and youll look AMAZING.

Is 245 pounds a normal weight for a 13 year old?

haha no. That weight is not healthy for anyone at any age unless you are in your 20s or 30s and have some serious muscle.


Well I'm 5'2" and 13....I do 50 crunches right before bed every night keep it up for a month and you will have a nice flat stomach :)
