If you ask a direct question and get no answer, is that a yes answer?

Why i am not getting answers here on YA?
Hi, i know YA long ago but not have signup yet , i am new to writing Questions but i know how it works.. But i found it very strange that i posted two Questions on an Interesting topic and put them in relative categories but didn't get any answer even after 6 hours..so my Question is this if YA is loosing it's popularity and it has less members now if yes what Q/A forum is good for me ..i liked the feature of YA to ask question Anonymously which other forums like reddit and Qoura doesn't have ..please help and do write an answer
WIC question...My husband makes way to much money to get on WIC but I see woman abusing the system all the?
I don't think abusing the system is the answer and lying is only going to get you in trouble. BUT, I do see exactly where you're coming from. We are a lower middle class family struggling every step and it makes me sick to see people getting help abuse it or people who don't deserve help get it. My husband makes just enough for us not to qualify for WIC and it's so frustrating b/c we need help and there's none there for us. I'm a stay at home mom b/c if I were to put our daughter in a daycare I wouldn't make enough to cover gas, clothes, and the daycare bill and come out on top. Just stick in there - clip lots of coupons - PRAY LOTS - and really watch your money - you'll make it - best of luck. - and don't do anything you might regret or could come back and bite you in the behind.
What does "no answer is an answer" mean? If a guy doesn't respond are they saying give me space? Or are they saying go away?
