Were These Guys Going To Kidnap Me Or Steal My Money Or Something

Kidnapping Story Ideas?

Maybe the guy who kidnaps her thinks she is rich because she's from another country... Perhaps she decides to treat herself a little (or her parents decide to... or whoever her financier is decides to) and stay at a nice hotel, making her appear richer than she actually is.

Maybe she is in the wrong place at the wrong time and sees something she's not supposed to, and is kidnapped because the kidnapper doesn't know what else to do with her.

Maybe she is mistaken for someone else.

There are lots of possibilities. Hope I got the ball rolling with some of these ideas.

Good luck and happy writing :)

Teens: Why would someone kidnap a child?

So, Madeleine Mccann has been missing for 5 years, and just now there was a pro-gramme on TV about them investigating her disappearance. What I don't understand is what type of sick person would basically steal a child!?!?! I mean, what are they gonna do to them? It's just completely stupid and puts the family of the child in unnecessary pain. Also, they were saying that the family planned the whole thing and played a big part in Madeleine's abduction? If that's true, then the family don't deserve to have children, but to be honest, I don't think they played a part in the whole thing at all. Like it said, they had been making regular checks on their children, then when the mother went to check at around 10, Madeleine had gone. Who would say that the parents planned the whole things?
I guess the point to this question is why would someone kidnap a child? It's pointless and mean.

What are your thoughts?

Thank you :)

What are the reasons people kidnap children?

Kidnapping of children is a very serious issue most of the time we cannot even imagine the seriousness of it . The purpose of kidnapping ranges . The purpose can be to provide childless couple a Child most of which happens outside India. In India there are so many other purposes of child kidnapping like girl child kidnapping for the purpose of marriage and kidnapping also happens for the purpose of begging. It also happens for the purpose of Labour without payment without taking proper care. The darker side of kidnapping is organ transplant and sex trades. In India Kailash Satyarthi has done lot of thing in this field and achieved a lot he has also receive Nobel prize on this. I think there would be a website by him associated with the kidnapping and Child exploitation

What is the difference between kidnapping and mugging?

This is a Utah slant and remember all states are different. Kidnapping you are excersising control over another and removing thier freedom to leave. Mugging as a code in Utah doesn't really exist, but likely would be a aggravated robbery. Difference is you kidnap someone you dont let them leave but dont take anything from them compared to the robbery where you take something from someones person by force.

Robbery you take something from someones person or personal area, often used with force. stealing is just theft. Taking something from someone why they are not there.

Your daughter was kidnapped, and the criminals demand a ransom you can't possibly pay. If you contact the police, they will kill her. What do you do?

I contact the police. There's a 50–50 chance they have already killed her by the time they contact me.From the point they demand ransom, there's a 50–50 chance they kill her anyway.Within the scenario I pay up (somehow), the kidnappers may simply demand more ransom. I'll give this a 50–50 shot, with the assumption that they prove she's alive at the second demand. At best I'm looking at a 50% chance she's dead, but given the competence of the FBI, who are likely to be the investigators I contact, there's a solid 90% chance that the kidnappers don't find out I contacted the authorities. The moment I pay ransom I've let the criminals know they own me, that I'll do anything they ask. My only way to get the money is to steal it, and that opens me up to blackmail. Maybe next they ask me to kill someone, to steal a car, to rob a bank.If I play my cards right, I may keep the odds she dies at 60% as opposed to 75% if I follow through. And at the end of the day, regardless of what happens, everyone is going down. I will be sure of it.

Would it be illegal to handcuff someone to a bed if they didn't really want to be handcuffed?

Yes, it's called kidnapping believe it or not check the penal code for your state.

With some of these answers no wonder we have prison over population. False imprisonment my ***, asportation of any degree constitutes kidnapping (that means if you move her/him just a little while handcuffing or while handcuffded). Kiddnapping will usually get you just as much time as homicide.

"man on fire": the ransom money?

The Ransom was Ten Million. We find out the ransom was stolen, and the corrupt cop who stole it, said there was only Two and a half million. We find out the lawyer Jordan Kalfus deposited 2.5 million. Creasy asks the kidnapped girls father, "wheres the other five million." Then the father says he owes a lot of money. This makes sense only if other people donated the ransom. Where did the ransom money come from? how does Pieters father get out of debt by arranging her kidnappin? wouldnt he have had to pay the ransom with his own money? so he stole five million of his own money?
