What Anniversary Present Should I Get My Mom On Ma Dads Behalf

How to make a homemade anniversary gift for Mom and Dad?

I like Doubts Unlimited's answer. I was going to write something similar... I think making a scrapbook or photo album with some old photos and your own written stories of the memories that weren't photographed would be nice. You could include meaningful quotes or even love letters that they have written one another. Ask each of them individually if they have any old notes from their spouse. You can say that you're putting something together for the other parent, but include it all in one book for both of them.

What should I get my mum and dad for their anniversary?

I think you should make them something. If you make something for them they will like it more than the most expensive thing ever because it came from you, you made it not just bought it. Even if you just like make them a card they will appreciate it a lot. And by the way is your mom a teacher? Lol sorry off topic but my 2nd grade teacher is Mrs. Baitmen. Okay back on topic, I think you should make them a card and then before you give it to them hug them and tell them you love them. :) hope I helped and if your mom is a teacher please email me and tell me lol. You don't have to I just want to know though lol. Okay, hope I helped.

I have no clue what to get for my mom + dads anniversary!! Help?!?

It all makes sense, but your means are limited and they understand that. When you have a full-time job and are out of school, you can afford to buy better gifts. For now, about all you can give is your time. Maybe you can plan something like a date night for them. Ask ahead of time if you can spend that night with somebody they trust, like the next door neighbor, your grandmother, or a family from church who can take you to church Sunday morning and your parents can bring you home from church. You spend Saturday morning helping to straighten up, vacuum, clean the bathroom, and do laundry so your mom can relax in the evening. You might even borrow a few movies, like ask whoever you are going to stay with if they have some movies your parents can borrow while you are at their house. Then for supper, you tell your mom that you will set the table and prepare or help prepare supper (use a recipe or prepared foods like a frozen lasagna, can of spinach, bread, salad, and brownies - all of which are simple or come with instructions). Then after supper, you might put up or help put up the food and put the dishes in the dishwasher, give them a homemade anniversary card, and go spend the night with whoever you arranged to spend the night.

What should I do on my dad's death anniversary?

Every time I miss my father I write about him. I write about various memories that were gestated around him. I smile, sometimes shed a few tears, write more and more and more.I simply pour my heart out through my words whenever I miss him. Writing about him always bring me peace. I feel calm and peaceful. I share those words on Quora. Sometimes I read those words again and again and again.I ask him to always keep blessing my Maa and me. And, I also ask him to keep guiding me to the best of avenues. I ask him to keep smiling and to give me enough strength and ability to do my Maa proud and make her happy.I remember him, miss him, think of various chapters of his life, his words, his favorites and everything related to him and I wish to be able to become as great as him one day. Those are the things that I have do every time that I miss him, doesn't matter if it’s his anniversary, birthday or just some other ordinary day. But, here is something that I do on his birthday and death anniversary every year that make my days very special.I visit a nearby orphanage Shantiniketan in Gwalior which houses about 55 orphan girls. I go there, play with them, dance and sing. I hug many of them, and jump and play with even more. I feel like I am in some way related to them and so I try to lose myself among those 55 others like me.I never tell them the reason why I visited them on that particular day. To them it’s just usual a thing that their Jayant Bhaiya has come to pay a visit and meet his lovely angels. Towards the end of my visit, I distribute some fruits, chocolates and biscuits among those angels praying from within that my beloved father be watching the smiles I spread on the faces of those lovely girls.I hope that my father would be happy, and then I leave wiping my teary eyes.I don't know what happens to the souls of the people who are dead. But, if the souls never die, then I am sure that my deed on my father's death anniversary and birthday are going to make his soul happy. And, thus I just do it in his remembrance.Thank you for reading till the end.Reader can read more about my hero here: My Papa - My Hero

How do I celebrate my mom and dad's anniversary?

Preferably, for starters! Hope its on the same date they initially were married. Organise a family bbq with their close friends. Order a surprise cake to celebrate the occasion with flowers and gifts from those attending. Keep the bubbly on ice until it's time for speeches, then charge your glasses as it ends with each speaker. Your best kept secret of the day is wrapped for a grand presentation after talks have finished. Allow the parents to open their gift and observe as you will not only see the bubbly flow but also their tears of heartfelt love and joy when they discover a beautifully designed frame and portrait of them, and their descendants. Enjoy the rest of the day with relaxing music, and all the fun and laughter to be had.

Dad's Death Anniversary?

Wow. it fairly is tough. i'm sorry to take heed to that and that i'm hoping all people on your loved ones is doing o.k. :) communicate on your husband and clarify the placement. it fairly is confusing which you would be able to have fun on a individual's death anniversary, no longer to point your fathers. i'm effective he will comprehend and you are able to postpone your valentines day plans. the terrific present he could supply you for valentines day is respecting the indisputable fact which you do no longer desire to have fun on your fathers death anniversary and that he would be there to help you (be a shoulder to cry on, console you, issues like that). you won't be able to turn back time to maintain your father, so supply up stressing! much less complicated stated than carried out, i be attentive to yet do no longer over think of it. All you're able to desire to do is spend time which include your loved ones Saturday, i'm effective your father needs to verify you happy, no longer under pressure. i be attentive to the way it feels to lose a pal, and that i be attentive to it fairly is no longer uncomplicated to stay with, however the discomfort will shrink with time. i'm hoping this enables, and my condolences.

What can I do on the 1 year anniversary of my dad's death?

Wow! There are a lot of really good answers here. My Dad also died suddenly of a massive heartache. It was when I was 7 years old. He also was a really good dad. My mom took pictures at the cemetary and kept a book with them all in. I used to try to read them, but I could never get through it without crying uncontrollably.

What I did like doing was writing poetry and stories about him. I really liked the idea that one of the answerers suggested about writing down stories that you can keep for reading to your children.

I am now a grandmother and it is really important to me to tell my grandchildren about their grandfather that they never had a chance to meet.

By writing down the stories, you can think about your future, you can use your creativity in a positive way and you can celebrate the life of someone very special to you.

If you feel comfortable reading these stories to the people attending the dinner, it would be a very special gift for them to receive.

If you are an artist, a memory drawing of him is another wonderful thing.

And if you want to use a video camera you could take pictures of special places that the two of you went and then tell the stories while taking the pictures. Then instead of standing up in front of all the visitors you could simply turn on the computer or tv and show the 'movie' you made in your father's honor.

I think you are a wonderful family to plan this event together.

It's my mom and dad's wedding anniversary next month. I am planning to surprise them at midnight. What can I do for that? Although I've planned a family get-together, what should I give them at midnight while wishing?

Some years ago, our kids came up with this novel idea to celebrate our anniversary. The box of Diwali lights had been dragged out of the store (our anniversary is in April and the lights were long put out of sight)...we had no clue, of course, my husband and I!The whole exercise, in retrospect was quite clandestine and thought out in immaculate detail! Our nieces who lived close to our home, just happened to drop in for dinner and an "awesome" movie that "we have all seen, which papa and you must absolutely watch" was put up for us and the children disappeared. At the stroke of twelve, we (hubby and I) were asked to step out on to the balcony. Below, in the garden was a sight I shall never forget. They had made a big heart out of the lights and there was an arrow passing through the center with a plane at one end and a couple of cricket bats at the tail end. On a chair sat our son with his guitar and our daughter and niece standing behind him. The rest of the surprise invitees were at the far end of the garden. Our son started....you guessed it...the family song "Wonderful Tonight"...asking hubby to join in! But we were too emotional and let the kids do the singing while we drank in the sight with moist eyes. You could do something like that for your parents! I promise you, they will never forget it all their lives! The performance....
