You get calls on your cell phone because of a small sim card (it resembles a credit card, only it's more rectangular and only about an inch long and maybe a half inch wide. This is what recieves the signal from the cell towers and causes your phone to ring. If you take two phones the same model and switch the two sim cards inside it, then they will ring whenever the other phone's number is dialed! As for cloning, I know it would be possible if two sim cards with the same phone number are put into the same two phones, but as far as I know, I don't think it's as simple as I did in National Treasure 2.

Is an Apple iPhone clone worth buying?
It depends on what you want in a phone. In years past I would have easily said, “Yes.”, but with all of the complications that I have had these past few weeks with Apple CS….it’s personally not worth $700 and be locked out of my account….even though I can provide credit cards, state I.S., credit cards, I picture of my happy face, social security cards.My addresses, my buying history, answers to all of my secret questions, they won’t budge. Treating a customer as a criminal isn’t cool and not worth the money. This is where I am at, as you can see, short of knocking Tim Cook’s door or taking a vacation so I can find an Apple store…every reasonable thing to do a simple PW recovery for my account.I will probably get the Google phone because it ties into “Google Photos”. I can’t even access my pictures…..when I HAVE PAYED FOR STORAGE….with Google Pixel, my media is stored for free and if my account has troubles…recovery has never been an issue with Google. With the Apple Iphone’s getting (seemingly) more expensive….you would think that their CS would scale and be stress-free, that’s just not the case. IMEI blocks are permanent. They cannot be reversed but a new IMEI number can be installed. The ONLY legal source for that is the original manufacturer or their authorised official repair agencies. Anyone else doing it is in the business of illegal phone cloning, and apart from the illegality they're equally happy to clone the same IMEI to other phones as well which could leave you in deep doodoos. Although manufacturers are allowed to allocate replacement IMEI numbers the trend has been to kill illegal cloning by making it impossible to change the IMEI and that applies to your iPhone 6. There are ways around that on those models but they're difficult enough that only really determined criminals who are willing to pay far more than the phone is worth will now do it. One other problem exists: your dad might not be the legal owner. If he claimed on insurance then the phone now belongs to them and he'll need their approval to keep it: usually they'll want a payment for it.

If the brand name is actually on the fake product, it's illegal and you'll often find out after you pay, that the item will not make it through US customs. You'll still have paid them, but it isn't their fault you tried to smuggle it into the US. A lot of the websites you think are in the US aren't.
