What Are Some Nice Piercings I Need Help

What piercings are best..?

... the piercings i already have are my ears.. but i already said that, cartilage and under my tongue. the reason i ask this question is because i'm able to get a new piercing soon and i need help deciding.

Piercings for a 14 year old?

I'm 14 yrs old and have had my ear lobe pierced since I was young but a year or two back I got my second hole on my mom's request. So, if my mom told me to get my 2nd hole pierced than I guess it isn't bad for most people. I also want to get my cartilage pierced within the next year. My hint to you is if you are going to ask for another piercing than ask to get the 2nd hole first and then like a few months later after the hole is fully grown then get the 3rd piercing in the cartilage that way you don't have to deal with taking care of two piercings at once. Good Luck! :)

Piercing & bactine, help!!?

submerging your piercing in (dirty) water is a bad idea.this is what is meant by water on a new piercing being bad. examples of dirty water include: pools, lakes, oceans, hot tubs and baths.

bactine is a triple antibiotic. triple antibiotics are known to be too harsh on a healing piercing and have a tendency to dry out the piercing site as well. some piercers do recommend it but others will tell you to stay far away from it. There has been debate in the piercing community about its use for a long time. personally, I would never touch it, I'll stick with my sea salt soaks. if you would like to know what to do for a sea salt soak, you will mix 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt per 8 oz of water.

there are no real "tricks" to fast healing. your body either heals fast or it doesn't. a good way to help your healing though is to maintain a good cleaning schedule and eat a balanced diet. what you eat DOES affect how you heal.

if you want to avoid infection, keep it clean.

Help with nostril piercings??

Well, I was just wondering about double nostril piercings. I think they are quite nice, and look nice with a septum. I would maybe like to get them BUT I already have a septum piercing, and i fear that it would really get in the way. Like, would i be able to flip my septum up if I had double nostril piercings? would my nose become really uncomfortable? I just dont know. If anyone could help that would be great. I also have snakebites, do you think they would go well with double nostrils and a septum??

Should i get a septum piercing?? i can't tell if it'll look good. HELP!!!! pics included?

So i have my navel done twice, my left nostril, my cartilage, and my ears are double pierced with the first holes stretched to 12 gauge (hoping to go bigger soon!! woot.)
So obviously I like piercings quite a bit. the next one i want is my septum (that fleshy bit between your nostrils) done. just looking for an opinion on wether or not it would suit me. don't bother saying piercings are gross or anything. thanks you all so much!

I need some advice on a potential bridge piercing from some smart guys and gals out there, help?

I'm planning on getting my bridge pierced next week, and I am aware of the possibility for rejection, infection and migration. But I am just curious to see if anyone has this same piercing and how long it took you to heal. Some cleaning suggestions would be nice, and I'm also a tad bit curious on how painful it was on a scale of 1-10. I have several ear piercings, my nose, my lip, clavicles and septum, so please don't sugar code it! Thank you so much!

Which genital piercing looks and feels best for a girl?

Genital piercing is incredibly specific to the wearer. This means that not all ladies are built to accomodate all genital piercings. What works for your friend may be totally uncomfortable or even impossible for you to wear.

When choosing a genital piercing you need to work with an EXPERT piercer. You do not want to walk into a random shop and drop your pants. You need to interview the piercer, ensure that they have correct training in genital piercing, ask for photos of healed piercings, etc. This is a delicate operation and you want the best person you can track down. If there isn't anyone appropriate in your area, you may need to make a road trip. It's THAT serious.

An expert piercer will be able to listen to your goals for your piercing (stimulation, looks, etc) and look at your anatomy to find the best solution for your body. They will be able to offer you correct options that are going to do what you want them to do and look how you want them to look.

It is an excellent idea to look through websites like bmezine.com to see the various genital piercing options. Once you find your favorites, take the list to your piercer and discuss what is going to fit on your body and work for you.

Is a double helix piercing for guys or girls? Is that piercing okay for straight guys, or does it look feminine, etc.?

I really like this question and I'm going to tell you why. ALL PIERCINGS ARE NOT GENDER/SEXUAL ORIENTATION/RACE SPECIFIC! You will not be labeled for having a piercing. There is no "gay ear." Men do pierce their nostrils and navels. You just don't see it as much, but it doesn't make that person "stand out." Piercings do not come across masculine or feminine. Piercing are there to create individuality, to be your own person, to be unique, and feel comfortable in your own skin. If you are this concerned about having a non-existent label, or being perceived as something you are not, DO NOT get the piercing. If you truly want the double helix, rock it regardless of what anybody thinks. Its your choice and you are your own person. You know who you are better than anyone else does. I have pierced men's and woman's helixes and they all look bad ass. So, before you decide to get pierced, decide if you care about other peoples opinion's and judgments of you and what you do with your life. LGBT, RACE, GENDER, WE ARE ALL HUMAN AND SHOULD BE TREATED AS EQUALS, keep this in mind as/if you see a someone else wearing the same piercing as you! I hope this helps.
