What Are The Advantages Of A Travel Log Over An Itinerary

The advantages and disadvantages of travelling by plane?

Advantages:
-It is the fastest way to get from one place to another, especially if you are traveling over large bodies of water.
-Air travel is the safest form of transportation.

Disadvantages:
-Less flexible with dates of travel as airlines usually charge if you change your itinerary. If you drive to your destination and decide to stay an extra day, then that is fine.
-Air travel probably takes longer if you travel a short distance versus driving because you have to be at the airport 2 hours early for a domestic flight.
-Going through security can sometimes take a long time.

The advantages and disadvantages of travelling by plane?

I think there are more advantages than disadvantages of traveling by plane, because, firstly this is the fastest way to reach far away in short time. Traveling by plane is safer than if you travel by car, train, bicycle, whatever ( according to the statistics). There are special fares, sales and you could book your e-ticket at low price (that's real advantage). And you can feel you a bird or something, watching into the porthole, that's amazing! Disadvantages, the prices, sometimes are very high. You need to wait for long time, stand in lines, procedure is complicated due to security issues. During long hole flights you cannot relax, most of the time have to be seated and fastened. Usually not comfortable economy class (depends of air company). Not comfortable restrooms. Bumpy happens due to turbulence. Some people is sick when a plane is taking off/landing. When crush (awful) usually a lot of victims.

How do I add miles on my AAdvantage program?

If you didn't input your AAdvantage number when you purchased your ticket, you can add it when you check-in, either online, at a kiosk or at the check-in counter at the airport. Your boarding pass will usually have your AAdvantage number on it if your number is in the system for your flight(s). It's not automatic unless you enter your number somewhere along the line.

You can also claim miles after you fly, save the ticket number and use the online claim form. Best to make sure you add the number before you fly though.

You can also check your reservation and see if your number is in the system for your flight here:

Advantages and Disadvantages of every season?

For me, personally?
Spring:- It's lovely seeing the flowers come out and the trees blossom, but it always rains.
Summer:- It's hot, and good weather to go outside in and have fun, but sometimes, lots of things die.
Autumn (fall) :- When all the leaves on the trees are turning a gold / brown colour, it's really beautiful. However, it rains a lot, and the leaves on the floor go all damp. Meaning they stick to things, like...shoes. *angry face*
Winter:- Snow! It's good fun, and although it disrupts our every day lives, it's a brilliant time to go outside with people and injure yourself hurtling down a hill on a log. Also, Christmas! ( I mean as a family time- for me, religion is all a lie!...)
Hope you have a good autumn! :D

Itinerary for 6 days in Italy in Feb'10. Please advice..?

All,

I have asked this questions before also. Based on some feedback and my research/interest this is the itinerary which I came up with.

Day 1: Arrive in Rome from Paris
Day 2: Rome
Day 3: Train to Pisa and spend the whole day there
Day 4: Train to florence and spend the whole day there
Day 5: Train to Venice and spend the whole day there
Day 6: Train back to Rome and spend the whole day there
Day 7: fly back to US

Can somebody tell me if the itinerary looks good ?

I am confused about few things.
1) Is it worth spending the whole day in PIsa
2) what are the good places to visit in Florence
3) Which are the must visit places in/around rome ? I don't mind taking a day trip as well.
One more question about rome, should I take whole day tour or something where they will take me around the rome or should I go around on my own ? I was thinking about taking a day tour. So that, I get to see everything in rome.

What is a good/not too expensive place to do shopping in Italy out of rome, pisa, florence, venice ?

I really appreciate someone's help here

Thank you so much
