What Are The Chances Of Someone Throwing Up On You On A Roller Coaster

What would you do if your phone fell while riding a rollercoaster?

Probably get a new one. Because even if they can somehow retrieve it after the park closes there’s a good chance it would be destroyed from the damage from falling from a height. It should be noted that Six Flags has this as a warning before you go on some of it’s coasters.(Photo is not mine)So yeah it seems like most people consider phones lost on the coasters lost cause.

What are the chances of someone throwing up on you on a roller coaster?

I've worked at an amusment park for 2 years now. On really nauseating rides i would say people throw up once every couple days. So maybe 1 person our of 10,000. And I have never seen someone puke on someone else. It is usually just on the floor of the car, or after they exit.

Will I throw up if I go on a roller coaster?

Let me just start by saying, I LOVE ROLLER COASTERS! I don't think that you are going to throw up. It is really not common at all. Just stereotypical. Nausea however, is very common, so if i were you i WOULDN'T close my eyes when moving, because this can make you nauseas. Closing your eyes at the top when you first ascend, and you are about to drop, because even a hardened roller coaster veteran like me gets scared of that :)! anywhere on the roller coaster should be fine as long as you are not in the front, because that can be scary. Also, if you are sitting behind someone you can stare at the back of their head to prevent getting nauseas. (don't sit in the back on a wooden roller coaster. You will be bouncing up and down A LOT!) An even better way to prevent nausea is to pick out a still object far away, or a point on the horizon, and just stare at it. If I start feeling nauseas, i will pick out different points on the horizon as the coaster turns.
That said, there are a few people who throw up when they do loops and barrel rolls. and all that stuff.
Your best bet is to stick to simple up and down steel roller coasters, but don't be afraid to get a little adventurous (thats what she said:)).
Good luck, and have fun:)

Roller coasters during pregnancy?

there is so many risks involved...i am a mother of two and i LOVE roller coasters too!!but when we lived in san antonio we were 10 miles from six flags fiesta texas...it was awful sitting in the 90 degree weather waiting for my boyfriend and friends to get off the roller coasters but that two minutes of a ride is not worth ANY complications during your pregnancy!! You can wait in line with them so that you are not alone for that long and then skip over to the exit side...that is what i did...i was 3 months pregnant at the time so i definatly enjoyed the food!!!
i did not have morning sickness and it is not the weight gain that is the risk of the safety harness..it is where it ipresses and touches your body, the pressure of the harness can impact the baby. it is not the sickness either..Just think of what it does to your head....now think of what it can do to something the size of a pea in your belly, and there is so much room for your little bundle to move around in there...it is too much movement, but its the abrubt, jerking motions that are detrimental for hte baby. Try the ferris wheel, merry go round, and slower rides that dont jerk you around. If you are being pushed and pulled in all directions on a ride, think of what it is doing to your baby....
Being a great mom is a wonderful job, but it starts the minute you find out that you are pregnant...what you eat, what you say, YOUR emotions, even noises and music are all in your control now, your baby is hearing, eating, and doing what you are doing....do what is best and if you question it...dont do it....mothers intuition is a real and wonderful tool...if it soesnt feel right dont do it!
Hope this helps, and just think ......all of the roller coasters and crazy rides you will go on with your happy HEALTHY child!!!
