Why don`t some people like Africa?

Only ignorant people don’t like Africa.Firstly, Africa is a continent and not a country. Most of the people see Africa as a country, which is fatally wrong. They have a stereotype image of Africa. When thinking of Africa, they think of poverty, wars, famine, drought, etc. But they forget that there are 54 countries in this continent and has a huge diversity.North Africa is very different than East Africa, so East Africa from the West and South Africa. When first time, I received a job offer to work in Tanzania and when I discussed this among friend circle, one guy said,‘Are you mad? People go to the USA or Europe. Why the hell you want to go to Africa?’He was completely wrong, and I am glad that I ignored such ignorant advises and traveled to Tanzania and many countries within this continent. It changed my perspective towards life forever. It helped me to understand this world in better ways.If you have an opportunity, please travel to Africa. Don’t live and believe in myths. There are many problems in each continent and countries, so in Africa.Africa and Africans will surprise you with their hospitality and open-mindedness.I love Africa.

What are afrikaans people like in south africa?

Honest, hardworking, G-D fearing people, who build a prosperous country out of the bush of Africa and who were betrayed by their brothers in the West through jealousy and corruption.

Why do people choose to live in Africa?

I live in Africa. Nairobi, Kenya. I have lived here for the last 26 years,11 months. I was born here. Obviously, this is home for me. But I have a feeling you're more concerned with why anyone would move to Africa. I happen to know several people who have moved to Kenya. One of the reasons is the relative cost of living. My rent for a one bedroom, for example, 30 mins away from the CBD on a highway near a mall with all trappings of modernity (huge pool, clubs, restaurants, kid's park....) is $100. I travel to the CBD daily on a shared taxi called a matatu (check pics below) for $1 dollar. The outside. The inside. Music is crazy loud and that's a 50 something screen showing music video mixes. Smaller screens behind each seat.At nightTo and fro. We have nice houses for $50,000 although there are mega luxury houses for $5,6 million. My groceries come from the family farm 250 km North West of Nairobi. I buy milk directly from a farmer for $0.2 a litre. Then there's the weather. Like 363 days of sunshine. The Internet in Kenya is FAST. The beaches in Mombasa and Watamu (Watamu is heaven). The ladies, man. The girls over here are to behold. The biggest reason why people move over here though is the people. Kenyans are incredibly welcoming and hospitable. We're pretty well connected to the rest of the world through world class airports. Kenya's is very safe as well( don't believe the alshabab hype).I'd say the wildlife is pretty attractive too. Check the Maasai mara wildebeest migration. Happening as I type this.So when are you coming over? They're pretty affordable packages to Nairobi at Expedia. Go check them out.Bonus pic. Obama calls this home too

Do white people from South Africa identify as African?

"Homeland" by Michelle Frost:Within my soul, within my mind,There lies a place I cannot find.Home of my heart. Land of my birth.Smoke-coloured stone and flame-coloured earth.Electric skies. Shivering heat.Blood-red clay beneath my feet.At night when finally alone,I close my eyes - and I am home.I kneel and touch the blood-warm sand And feel the pulse beneath my handOf an ancient life too old to name,In an ancient land too wild to tame. How can I show you what I feel? How can I make this essence real?I search for words in dumb frustrationTo try and form some explanation,But how can heart and soul be caughtIn one-dimensional written thought? If love and longing are a "fire"And man "consumed" by his desire,Then this love is no simple flameThat mortal thought can hold or tame.As deep within the earth's own coreThe love of home burns evermore. But what is home? I hear them say,This never was yours anyway. You have no birthright to this place,Descendant from another race.An immigrant? A pioneer? You are no longer welcome here.Whoever said that love made sense?"I love" is an "imperfect" tense. To love in vain has been man's fateFrom history to present date.I have no grounds for dispensation,I know I have no home or nation. For just one moment in the nightI am complete, my soul takes flight. For just one moment.... then it's goneand I am once again undone.Never complete. Never whole.White Skin and an African soul.

Why do people separate egypt from africa. like it's not a country in africa?

It is known that the cradle of civilization is africa.... In africa there are counties like zimbabwe, the congo, nigeria...... And egypt.. But when ever eygpt is spoken of it's as if to say it's a country by it's self not in africa. When movies concerning or surrounding it's areas in eygpt are played. The actors are always white. Ironically though the pharoes are white and their servants black...... In other countries where caucasians originate if there are movies where they are they are played by actors who look like them..... That in it's self is racist. What's also racist is the fact that alexander though he reigned in eygpt did so at the end of the height of the empire, and yet it's viewed as if to say it's always been that way. Astrologist in the past were prominently white. And during their studies and findings made racist remarks throughout african egypt. Saying that africans could not have built this, wrote that. Later when the finding turn out to be that in fact africans did do these great works the only way you'll find that information is if you hunt for it. Whereas the lie is still prominent...... Egypt is in africa.... The egyptians are african. The invaders however are not. So is it intellectual to teach the world that the was to be original is to steal from the original. Kill any who may prove you to be a fake. And teach the world to do the same..... Smh p.s please if your gonna answer my question keep your emotions out of it. Only valid factual info please. Thx.
