What Are The Steps That Happens When Becoming A Judgement Recoverer

What will happen on the day of judgement according to Islam?

“Before the Judgment day,Prophet Jesus pbuh,Messiah(Imam Mehdi) and the Anti Christ will arrive.”Anti Christ will deceive people and he will rule for some time, the following will happen in a sequence:Jesus pbuh will kill Anti Christ.Gog and Magog will be unleashed and they will kill everyone and drink and eat everything.True followers will be in a cave with Prophet Jesus pbuh.Prophet Jesus pbuh will pray for death of Gog and Magog and they will die.Prophet Jesus will pray for their bodies to be taken away, big birds will come and they will take away their bodies and everything will be clean.Prophet Jesus will rule for sometime and then he will die.Only bad people will be left in the worldWhat will happen on the Judgment day?Sun will rise from the West.Door of forgiveness will be closed.Mountains will melt.Sun will be very close to earth.Hazrat Israfeel A.S will blow the flute which will be pleasing at first but then it will get scarier and scarier. All people will run here and there to hide from the terror.People will gather at a place(even the dead ones will rise from graves),Arafah.Everyone will turn to dust.Meeting with Allah:Everyone will be given a book of their deeds. Those who receive it in left hand will go to hell. Those who receive it in right hand will go to heaven.People will be so terrified that although they will have no clothes but their will be deep in their sweat till their neck. The person will be told to read from the book.If a person denied his sins he will be asked where is your proof? He will reply, “I am.” so then his body parts will start speaking against that person. His hands and feet will also speak. Each and every person will be Judged.Only unbelievers will go to hell for eternity.

What happens if someone does not pay against a civil judgement?

Civil judgements are not a guarantee of payment. A judgement simply means that a court has determined that someone owes you money. It is up to you to collect the judgement. You cannot start a collection until after the appeal time has passed and the time varies from state to state as well as federal court. If the time has passed it is best to write to the debtor and simply ask them to pay the judgement. If they refuse you can then begin the collection process. You can get the debtor to return to court and fill out a statement of assets which will tell you where there assets are and how much they have. You then have several options. You can hire a collection agency (I despise these people,) you can hire a lawyer or ask the court to order the debtor to fill out an Application for an Earnings Withholding Order, which asks the court to issue the Order telling the debtor's employer to give the sheriff a portion of what they earn until the judgment is paid. This is called garnishing. You can also request the court to put a lien on the debtor’s property which will not collect your money immediately but will prohibit them from selling the property until the debt is collected.Either way, unless you are owed a huge sum of money it can be very expensive to collect and you will not always be successful. If you have won a small amount in small claims court you might just want to cut your losses as hiring a lawyer can be more than the judgement is worth.Owing money is civil offense, not a criminal one unless the debtor has committed fraud.

What are the ways to recover from judgement, embarrassment, and failure?

Accept the judgment as a part of you. Your reality. The nature of you. That judgment regardless of truth is a reality. That judgment exists and to reject it is to reject a part of the nature that makes you who you are. When you can accept this judgment as a part of your nature. Then that judgment becomes who you were, and not who you are not who you will become. Without acceptance you can overcome that judgment sure, you can learn and do things that would make other people judge you in the complete opposite of what that judgment was. Yet even then that judgment would not have left you. You have only surrounded yourself with a life that constantly reminds you of who you did not want to be. A lifelong legacy paying tribute to the judgment that could not be accepted. with that.A formula for recovery is simple.1. Admit/Acknowledge/AcceptTake ownership and responsibility for what you have done and the consequent results. know that what you did you have done because it was in your nature to do. not because someone or something forced you to do.2. Awareness/AnalysisUnderstand why you did what you did, why the results are what they are, how it affects the things that it did. And what can be done that might produce a more desirable result. learn from the experience, draw meaning from it so that your suffering of it is not meaningless3. AreWe are not the same person now that we were 5 years ago. We weren't born the way we are now. We all had to work to become the person that we are today. Just like how we all can work to become the person we want to be 5 years from now. Our past defines who we were. We are not defined by it. It says nothing about who we are and nor who we will become.

How long does it take to get the court judgement on a cheque bounce case in India?

Disposing cheque bounce cases is one the major issues Indian judiciary is facing since a very long time now.The negotiable instruments act [NI] was made to make this process quicker and easier. However if the case goes to court the judgement may take anywhere around 2 to 5 years to take effect. The legal recourse for cheque bounce cases is straightforward in Indian Law [under the negotiable instruments act].Step 1) Collect the notification slip [mentioning the reason for bounce] and bounced cheque from the bank.Step 2) Send a legal notice [in standard format] to the drawer within 30 days of cheque bounce, and instruct him to pay within 15 days of receiving the notice.Step 3) Wait for payment for 15 days and if the payment is not received, find a good lawyer and file a case against the drawer within next 30 days.Step 4) The court will analyse the case and send a summon to the drawer, if the drawer is found guilty he may have to pay as much as twice the amount of cheque to you.Costs:Sending a legal notice by yourself is free, download the free standard template from here.Sending a legal notice by an expert lawyer may cost you between Rs 2000 to 5000 Rs. You can get it here for around 2000/-A good amount of cases are settled just by sending legal notice.Incase the matter goes to court the average standard charges are around 20,000/- for drafting the petition [one time cost] and around Rs 1500/- to Rs 5000/- per hearing.I hope this helps!Source : Recovery Money Legally!.

I am a recovering anorexic facing the inevitable binges, will they stop?

Hey.
So I have been diagnosed with anorexia and bulimia,
and I'm finally starting to make some baby steps towards recovery.
I am now binging non-stop though, I try stopping but it's becoming quite uncontrollable. I've read about how some anorexics turned into binge eaters during recovery, and I understand the hunger and extreme cravings are normal, but I'm really scared they won't stop and I'll swing to the opposite side of the spectrum and become overweight,
do the binges stop?

If so what are some things to keep in mind during healthy weight gain? I just want to eat normally again.

Garnishment, Motion to Vacate Judgement and now Affirmation in Opposition...?

I received notice from my employer that a garnishment would start soon. According to the court papers enclosed, this was a debt/judgement from 2005 and I was supposedly served at an address that I lived at from 2013-2016. I filed to stop the judgement. The law office just notified me they filed an Affidavit In Opposition saying that although they cannot obtain the original judgement & affidavit of service, the judgement shouldn t be vacated. Court date is Wed. Isn t the statue gone? And if they can t prove they served me what basis do they have? I am already out $400 (garnished to date) $200 filing fees etc.

Laws in India: How long does it take to get a judgement from the court, given that this is a civil case? (read details)

I'm going to give you an approximate time frame to work with. As with all matters, especially court cases in India, the time frame may differ depending on a lot of factors. However, I'm giving you a very conservative estimate based on my experience:A. Small Causes Court- Time frame for decision- 5 years.B. District court- Senior division- (One of you will definitely appeal)- Time frame for decision-5 years.C. Writ Petition or First Appeal in High Court- (Again, one of you will definitely appeal against the District court's decision) Time frame for decision-10 years.D. Supreme Court-  (Again, one of you will definitely appeal against the High court's decision) Time frame for decision-5 years. If you are above 50 years of age, don't even think of getting this issue resolved through courts in your lifetime. There are so many ways that your tenants can stall the case. That is exactly what their lawyer will advise them. A piece of advice- If you do decide to file a case, file it under "Bonafide requirement" and include your sons/daughters in the case as they will be the actual beneficiaries in the end.I might be completely wrong as I dont know the details of your issue. So, do consult a good lawyer. As someone has said before, if you pay peanuts, you will get peanuts. The sheer anguish of the Judges of the Supreme Court is splashed in the wordings of the following judgement:Gaya Prasad vs Shri Pradeep Srivastava on 7 February, 2001

Why do a lot of recovering addicts feel the need to brag?

i have noticed that a lot of recovering alcoholics and addicts like to brag and always somehow slip something into the conversation about how they use to do this or how they have been sober for so long and for some reason this gets on my nerves. im a recovering alcoholic myself so i know how hard it is to get yourself together and sober up and completely change your life but whats the point of mentioning something about it all the time? when some one asks me something i dont answer it by saying "well in my 12 step program...." or "when i use to be a drunk.....'' i just dont see the need for that. im mean getting clean and sober is something to be proud about because its something that is really hard to do but being addicted to something in the first place and screwing up your whole life isnt. people who have never done drugs dont go around bragging about how they have been sober their whole lives. does this make since to anyone else? does anyone understand what im saying?

Why do a lot of recovering drug addicts seem socially awkward?

They're brain has been permanently/semi-permanently altered by the drugs for starters. Their body has also become physically and psychologically dependent on the drug and as they recover they have to learn to readjust to social interaction without the drugs. They may or may not come out of that awkwardness. Some of them may have turned to drugs in the first place because they were socially awkward without them.
