How to play Tekken 3 in PC with gamepad?

I have Tekken 3 and PS1 emulator to play the game on PC but i'm not able to play it with my gamepad.
My gamepad is a Thrustmaster Dual Analog Controller. Please let me know how to connect the gamepad with the game console configurations...??

Which is the best game: Tekken, Street Fighter, or Mortal Kombat?

As someone who used to play quite a lot of Street Fighter I have to say that after playing Tekken I much prefer it to either Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat. I’m talking about Tekken 7 and Street Fighter V.Tekken is more like real fighting, it is up close. Players are not jumping all over the screen or shooting fireballs from far away. There are some characters who can shoot fireballs but they take ages to charge up and are only useful as a surprise tactic now and then. There are four buttons in Tekken and each button is an attack from each of your four limbs, so it feels like you have complete control over your character. The hits feel more satisfying in Tekken and you can do 6 hit combos easily but it is hard to master. It is more beginner friendly but has just as much depth as Street Fighter.Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat are like Quake and Doom (largely fantasy based and players flying all over the screen) whereas Tekken is more like Call of Duty and Battlefield (somewhat realistic, the action takes place on the ground and is easier to digest)

Tekken 3 how do you do the Yoshimitsu move called Clonimitsu?

Side-throws are performed by using either of the basic throw button combinations ( LP + LK or RP + RK) while standing to the side of the opponent. In the case of this particular throw, at the right arm of your opponent.

Side Throws and Back Throws are extremely hard to pull off, outside ofthe recovery windows after a few big moves (like Devil's aerial eye laser) or when Ling or Lei are using particular stances.

What style of martial arts does Jin Kazama from Tekken do?

@pugpaws2 and everyone else who dictate over this:
At 100,000+ polygon mesh, do have any idea how difficult it would be to animate the movement of each and every motion and reaction put into these games? Have any of you even played Tekken at any time in your lives? What fighting games like Tekken use is called a Mocap.
Motion Capturing devises where they suite someone up in a blue spandex-like suit with light bulbs on them (the motion sensors) and a computer records every little thing they do with pinpoint precision and precision. This is where they get the movement from!!! It's real people just being mimicked by a virtual mesh of polygons. They get real people, real martial artists, to record from. Not some nerd to hammers away at a computer with no knowledge of martial arts.
People like Ed Boon and John Tobias, makers of Mortal Kombat, do extensive research of the martial arts with help from many, many people in order to capture correct movements into their games when the technology became available.
If any of you ever bother to even play the games you protest so strongly against, you would know just how close to the real thing it looks. Of course it's a game and not exact - far from - but Tekken has to be one of the closest I've ever seen to real. No Hadoukens or Kamehame-ha's. Just hand to hand simulated combat, with a few exceptions for video game magic (Devil Jin).

@ Jin Kisaragi:
That said, the closest thing to Jin's fighting style I can see is Daito Ryu Aiki-Jujutsu. There's also some Goju Ryu mixed in, based mostly on the concentration move that's straight from Sanchin Kata, but there's more than that that tells me they used Goju.
