Why am I so angry in school? Please read details.

I agree with you.  I think you are intelligent. That you are seeking for answers and increased understanding is a good thing.I feel bad for young people who.emotionally and academically struggle in the classroom. Sometimes young people in the schools where I taught, were angry because...they would rather be elsewhere doing things that were more enjoyable.the school experience was not an emotional or intellectual match for their needs and abilities.what they were dealing with at home was overwhelming, draining their energy, and too uncomfortable to talk about with others.being in school was a reminder of other events or experiences that were not dealt with correctly in the past and were causing problems in the present.there was something going on at school that was troublesome and problematic.  they were physically in school while their minds and hearts wanted to be someplace else.no one at school took the time to get to know and appreciate them in ways that were validating and positive.the expectations placed upon them were not equal to the level of support they needed and were given in order to be successful in meeting those expectations.There are other possibilities.  Some of my students were untreated for a range of medical conditions.Some students were psychically gifted and had no language to talk about their experiences in ways that were helpful to them.At this point please consider speaking with someone who is worthy of your trust and is familiar with the issues you are dealing with.My hope is you will find the right resources and continue to ask for help. Do not give up until you have the answers that give you relief, direction, and a calm spirit.You deserve to be happy and SAFE!

I'm in more or less the same situation, and I have to tell you: If you're not doing anything for fun, then you're doing things wrong.Even if you're following your ambition in the most informationally rigorous course and lifestyle, if you don't do anything to amuse yourself and wind down some days then you're going to burn out. Additionally, and egocentrically, you might also be in an environment that is just too low-key. School, for me, was boring and drab until I moved to a technical program. And let me tell you: This place was terrific. My interest is computer science, and so half of the day, four out of five days, I take a bus to a school of higher education. Simply a change in scenery and company can sometimes drastically alter your view on life; It improved mine greatly. Suddenly I was feeling optimistic, hopeful, competent, and confident. The informational in-flow was significant, and every day I was learning something new. I was absolutely surrounded by technology, and lovers of technology like myself, something that I had only dreamed of until that moment. I got along with everybody. I found myself even making jokes(not the pointless awkward kind), something that I was mostly unable to do before.My point is: If you're really interested in chemistry, attempt to pursue (more than just a competition) a higher form of education. Experiment at your house. Look stuff up online, Google is a really great resource. And don't feel bad about missing school. If your school is at all similar to mine, most of the coursework and information there is solely to meet state standards. Almost none of it will be useful to you. However, you do need a certain amount of credits to graduate, and graduating will make your life (and your job-search in the upcoming years) a lot easier.Hope you found this helpful.

"You probably lost your confidence" due to some serious issues which had occurred to you in your recent few years.  You can really come out of this by getting out of your comfort zone and pushing yourself so hard that the fear of getting mocked doesn't trouble you anymore.You should be patiently able to tolerate this pain of getting mocked till then. I had given you such a straight and blunt answer, so that it directly hit the conscious part of your brain.Obviously I may not be correct, but this is one of the personal experiences.
