While you may not care about it being unhealthy for the most part us here aren't gonna give you advice which could cause serious health problems. IF you really want to do the best you can without seriously damaging your body, you could do something similar to a crash diet.

Heres what you do, dont stop eating, but reduce your eating amount to around 1/2 of what you normally eat, ie around about 700-1k calories a day(no less), straight away this will cause your body to use up some of its fat reserves by having to rely on the reserves instead of what you are normally eating. Make sure though that you still get your 5+ a day fruit and veges, and nice pasta/rice to help fill you up quickly.
The second step is then to exercise 5 days a week (no more since your body needs rest days) since you only have 2 weeks, do swimming, running cycling, rowing etc. Cardio burns energy fast and will help you burn more calories, meaning more will be burnt from fat.
Build some muscles, muscles use 30% more energy than fat per pound, just by existing in your body since they are denser and require more energy, so doing something like 20 situps a night, 20 pressups a night and at least 10 squats, will build muscle all over your body, helping to burn more energy and fat, and also for when you have lost the weight,giving you the toned appearance.

Good luck with it all, but once you hit the day before the party, STOP this , as more than maybe the 2 weeks your talking about can pose serious health risks, but a more moderate version of this can be applied to sustain your appearance or make it better if still not good enough, just make it 4 days a week exercise then, and eat around 2/3rds, so around 1100-1400 calories a day. You will still lose weight but it will be alot safer for sustained lengths of time.

You start to get fit the first day and it is an ongoing process that depends on how consistently you continue the program. Start with three non-consecutive days per weeks a minimum. Take a minimum of one rest day per week. Increase intensity, duration and frequency of training regularly over time. Vary the intensity of your program to avoid boredom, sameness and over-training. Include aerobic training, strength training and stretching in your program. Eat in ways that improve your health and fitness and you improve faster.

How can a 14 year old get really fit in two weeks?

2 weeks is not a lot of time to get in shape.  In order for you to make it work you will have to work extremely hard.  I would even consider 2 or 3 days of doubles per week.  On the other hand you will be so broken down that performance may suffer regardless come game time.  My honest recommendation to you would be to keep plugging along.  Step up your game but dont expect the world in just 2 weeks.  Make sure you are getting enough rest and stay hydrated.  Set your goals more long term and realize you have a very long road ahead of you in sports.  Don't over do it, risking injury, or get into the habit of flash in the pan training. That comes and goes.  Also begin to work through when you are ill.  Obviously to a certain extent only.  long term dedication is the only answer hear I'm afraid.  Another strong opinion.  At 14 years old I don't believe anyone in any sport should be engaging in any sort of specialized training.  My background is swimming and diving.  It would be detrimental to a swimmer's longterm career to only focus on, say, the butterfly stroke specifically at that age.Train your body in overall strength, speed, and endurance.  Use that pull up bar! Do squats and burpees and wind sprints! Do core work!!  Do yoga!!! Do plenty of circuits,if your fight is 3 2min rounds then try to mock that time wiv your circuits,plenty of interval training and hill runs,eat well and get lots of early nights,don't over do the training near the fight don't even brake a sweat the night before/ good luck

Total time trains each session is 90mins at most. You may have up to two sessions a day.

Eating a bit more protein will do. Honey is a good substitute for sugar.

In a week? No problem. Keep your mind focused and stay determined.
Swimming. Even if you don't know how to swim, just randomly swimming around would help tone your figure. So you'll fit into your prom and dress and have a toned figure. Even doing the doggy paddle would just do fine. SWIM!
Another thing you can try is running. In the gym or out the park, any is good. But I would most likely recommend the gym because then you'll know how much calories you're loosing. :D Run everyday for the next 7 days and you are bound to loose some weight. Also maintain a diet of yogurt for lunch and a small dinner. Eat loads for breakfast. Stay away from ice cream, chocolate and any sugary food.
Eat chicken on weekends for protein. And pick some days to have some salad.

You are bound to loose some weight for this. If things don't workout, hey! We can always hit the mall and get another dress :D until you loose weight for this one!

But for now, stay focused,optimistic and determined and you'll rock prom with your dress.
