What Chances Are There For My Mother To Get Indefinite Leave To Remain In Uk.

I have indefinite leave to remain in the uk, do i need a visa to Barbados, Saint Lucia ,Bahamas for holiday?

Your ILR is only relevant in the UK. It gives you no privileges that a British citizen might enjoy in terms of visa requirements

You can check whether citizens of your country need a visa here.

I'm just a little depressed since my boyfriend let his babymother move in with him since she left her mom house by choice..and he says he's loyal to me im his girlfriend...hes not the typical babyfather and would go back to her there time is done and that I have his heart he know what he wants...he just wants and loves me but just by him letting her stay shows differently..he has been staying nights at my house and the one time he wasn't he still rush over and stayed with me and we talked all night about the situation but it still don't mean much since there's still time in between that to do whatever...I've been feeling like the mistress and not the girlfriend since he's been sleeping with me then going home to play family with her...my female friends say that I should stay and that I'm over thinking the situation(they haven't met him yet) but a lot of guys say I should leave I'm so confused and don't know what to do...I want to leave before I get hurt but what if he truly was faithful and I lost him for nothing

Do they do credit checks apon applying for an UK ancestral VISA before leaving South Africa?

Going on what you are saying you could run into trouble. One of the documents you have to provide is bank statements. If you are in a position of being unable to make ends meet at the moment, how can you still pay them off and work in another country unless of course you get a highly skilled job where you would be paid enough.

If you came on a visitors visa you would not be allowed to transfer your status to an ancesty visa. (2nd link)

What supporting documents should I include with my application?
As a guide you should also include:
~Proof of funds (e.g. bank statements, covering a period of at least three months with name and account balance. You should also include an explanation of any large deposits into your account);
~Your full, original birth certificate;
~The full, original birth certificate of the relevant parent;
~The full, original birth certificate of the relevant UK born grandparent (paternal or maternal). Details for obtaining British birth, marriage and death certificates;
~Your full, original marriage certificate issued by the Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages (if you are married);
~Legal adoption papers if you or your parents are adopted;
~Evidence that you intend to work in the UK (as this is a requirement under the Immigration Rules);
~Evidence of accommodation if arranged (e.g. letter from the person you will be staying with in the UK);
Evidence of employment if arranged (e.g. employment contract);
This list is not exhaustive, you may be able to supply other documents in support of your application. However, it is your responsibility to satisfy the Entry Clearance Officer that you qualify under the immigration rules in the category for which you are applying. Otherwise, your application may be refused and you will lose your application fee.

How long can a baby live without the amniotic fluid once you water has broken?

If your water has broken, the main risk is infection and premature labor. In some conditions they can inject fluid so that the baby isn't in as much danger, but at that point labor is usually inevitable and requires bed rest in a hospital, another risk it the chance of the cord collapsing.

Joining the royal Marines as a dual citizen?

Nationality & residency
To join the Royal Navy you will need to be a national of Britain, Ireland or the Commonwealth. If you have dual nationality, you can still join. But some roles have stricter requirements than others for security reasons.
If you’re a British national living abroad you can still apply. And if you don’t meet the residency criteria, don’t worry. You might still have the chance to join the Royal Navy on a short term security clearance until you reach the standard period of residency.
National service
If you have dual nationality you will have to provide written evidence that you’re not required for national service either now or in the future.
Commonwealth citizens
If you're a Commonwealth citizen and want to join the Royal Navy as a regular you must have resided in the UK continuously for the previous 5 years, with no single period of absence in excess of 180 days at the point of your application. This residency requirement does not apply to citizens of the Republic of Ireland, Malta and the Republic of Cyprus.
If you wish to join the Maritime Reserves you will need to provide evidence that you've been granted Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) in the UK. To do this you will need to be in possession of an appropriate Residency Permit or equivalent document. ILR is sometimes referred to as Settlement

All the previous answers are giving you correct advice. Can I just add that for a fiancé visa you must show proof that a ceremony is being planned such as receipts for rings, dress, bookings and deposit receipts for anything to do with the wedding such as cars, reception etc.

The fact that your fiancé is a policeman means that you are unlikely to be suspected of a fake marriage so your application should go smoothly. You are right; his occupation should present no problems with the accommodation and financial support. The accommodation rules are to prevent overcrowding. You will need to provide proof that the landlord has given permission for you to live there as well and that the accommodation is large enough for you to have exclusive use of at least a bedroom.

Fiancé visas are processed relatively quickly in the US, so you should be able to enter the UK and get married easily before you have your baby.

A fiancé visa is for six months and you cannot work during that time. Once married you apply immediately for a spouse visa, conditions and requirements are very similar to the fiancé visa except you must include proof of the marriage (marriage certificate). Once you have the spouse visa you can work, are entitled to free NHS care but cannot claim any benefits except national insurance contribution related benefits; essentially, those that you pay for through your NI contributions if you are working. This means that you will not have to pay for your delivery, although you will have to pay for any prenatal care until you have a spouse visa.

The spouse visa is a two year probationary visa. As long as you are still married and living together at the end of the two years, you can apply for indefinite leave to remain (settlement). This frees you from immigration control. You will need proof of cohabitation such as joint bank accounts, joint rent agreements, council tax and utility bills dated throughout the two years.

You can then apply for British citizenship if you wish after three years residency.

Remember to plan for each stage so you have the relevant documentation and fee ready.
