How would you know someone has a crush on you ...?
Some of the things I noticed before they told me: They'll regularly make reasons to speak to you. Even if it's about nothing in particular. (I've done the same when I'm crushing too. It's just nice to interact.) They'll make physical contact a lot more. A hug in itself doesn't necessarily mean anything, but if they're making up obscure reasons to be closer/hug you/giving you playful digs for no real reason -- there's a motivation behind it. They'll care about how you see them. Even if it's only a little. This was one of the biggest giveaways for me. I usually speak to fairly confident and self-assured girl , but one of them started taking my comments to heart a lot more. You can't help but care a bit when it's someone you like. They'll defend you. They care about you. If they see an opportunity to defend you, especially if you're not around, they like you. (My friends do this for me as well though, so that's not a clear indication.)You'll brighten their mood! I was really surprised by this one. My friends do lift my mood, but when I was speaking to someone I was crushing on -- they just did it better.
