What Do We Call The Upcoming Zimmerman Trial Movie

What is George Zimmerman up to these days?

Havent heard anything since the summer. Seems he was charged with misdemeanor stalking and making threats…for texting and calling a private investigator who had been harassing him over a film project. He was fined and given a year of probation.

Why did you support George Zimmerman during Trayvon Martin’s murder case?

His name is George, not Andrew. And why would I support him? Simple. Straightforward. At the time he pulled out his gun and fired, Trayvon Martin had him pinned on the ground and was beating him relentlessly. All the bullshit in the world from the ‘other side’ doesn’t negate that fact, proven in court. He didn’t have to ‘perceive’ a threat; he was being beaten. He also had been calling for help and no one came and stopped Martin. This is one of the most justified shootings I am aware of. There was no question he was being severely assaulted. The only debate is from people who think he ‘deserved’ to be beaten and had to just lie there and endure it. Those people are absolutely nuts. They’d sure feel differently if someone had knocked them to the ground, jumped on their chest and hit them over and over, picked up their heads and smashed them on the concrete, and continued the beat down. They would sure like to have a gun and get out of that beating if they could. But they don’t think Zimmerman had that right. And apparently those people think Trayvon Martin had a right to react violently and beat Zimmerman to a point. So, there it is. Make a black person mad, he has a right to beat you and you have to endure it. That’s the logic of the left. You’re at fault for pissing off the black person.

Why can't people understand that people like George Zimmerman do not have to be white to support the racist hierarchy established by the white people in America?

Not really sure the point but I will ask why the need for the media and some people to falsely portray Zimmerman as white? How does that serve the truth? What is their agenda to establish a false narrative in this case? Why the attempt to portray Zimmerman as a racist when clearly he was not? Why even make this case about race when it was never about race?

If a murderer is tried twice, and both trials end in a hung jury, what happens?

Only an outright acquittal sets the grounds for double jeopardy. In the case of a hung jury, the DA re-examines the evidence and decides whether or not to try again or not. The DA can also let the def go, but always has the right to reimpose the charges up to the statute of limitations.

Why do liberals side with criminals, especially murderers?

Ever watch a movie about someone on death row? Almost every time, the convict is an innocent party being unfairly prosecuted while the reality is those occurrences are very rare. Most people condemned to execution deserve their punishment but there are always liberals who want the murderer to escape justice. Hollywood loves to sanitize the crimes of criminals.

Why is every criminal defense lawyer a liberal?
Why does Hollywood like to create the perception that capital punishment often punishes an innocent party?
Why do liberals side with the predator instead of the victim?

Will the movie theatre shooting which recently occurred near Tampa, FL, be able to be a successful case of "Stand your Ground" defense?

Yes.There are two narratives here.One.  A cranky elderly man harasses a polite father who is briefly checking his phone during the previews.  The elderly man, screaming obscenities, runs for the management, before returning to the theater.  The polite father stands up as the cranky old coot approaches him, and his wife also stands up, and knocks the polite fathers popcorn onto the feet of the crazy old coot.  The old gun nut crazy ass coot shoots the polite father dead.Two.  An elderly retired police officer, who was never investigated for excessive use of force, sits attempting to watch a movie.  A man a few rows in front has his phone open and up causing a distraction.  The retiree calmly asks the man to put the phone away.  The man tells him to, "Fuck off."  The retiree leaves the theater, and politely tells the management about the distraction.  The retiree returns to the theater.  On the stairs, in the dark, the man, much larger and younger, looms over the retiree, screaming threats and obscenities. The retired police officer places his hand on his pistol.  The man is threatening in word and action, and his wife tries to hold him back by placing her hand on his chest.  He is pushing past his wife, and his hands come up and something hits the retiree in the face.  Fearing for his life or grave bodily injury, the extremely well trained, and well disciplined retired police officer, shoots once, killing his attacker.  It appears the truth is somewhere between these two narratives.  If the evidence points more to the second narrative, the retired police officer goes home.  If the evidence points to the first narrative, he goes to jail.Edit:  I'm not claiming that either one of the narratives is what happened.  I'm just illustrating that it could go either way, depending on the evidence.
