What are mods and custom content for the Sims games? How and where do you download them?
I am a fan of the NRAAS mods (nraas.wikispaces.com) where you can get such things as;-Storyprogression - a better, more involved story progression than in the base game. Watch as your friends and neighbours get their own lives. -Careers - become a mob boss! Or an assassin... Or a housewife! This simply adds some custom careers. -Shooless - go on the toilet naked! Watch random strangers while they bathe! Wait...-OnceRead - replaces the 'read something' action on bookshelves so you read something new. Admittedly, they are small things. They fix some annoyances and add gimmicks, but they don't slow the game down to any specific degree.I recommend reading this hilarious Let's Play(/AAR) by the goon, eating only apples. How do you save multiple games on sims 2 for PS2?
You cannot save mutiple files of the sims on your memory card. What i did is buy me two more memory cards and saved a sim game on each one. I don't know why they want let you save more then one sim file on a memory card. Because i tried it before but, i just had to go buy me some memory cards. So,if you want to save another sim game then go buy you another memory card.
How do you find the garage in sims 2?
oh, you can only use cars and garages in the nightlife expansion. here, ill give you a brief summary of all expansion packs that i know of and have. University, oyu can go to college, get grades, be in dorms and have roomates, have exams, etc. open for business you can create your own business, build it, hire employees, assign jobs, fire them, set prices for the items you select out of buy mode. Nightlife you can go on dates, go to clubs, have cars and garages, disco type, karaoke. Pets, you can create cat and dog like how oyu create a sim ,lots of options, adopt a pet on the phone in game, stray animals like dogs cats wolfs vampires skunks, they can have puppies and kittens, get hamster and bird from buy mode. seasons you get spring summer fall winter, see penguins walk areound in snow, rake leaves in fall, be in garden club, have erain thunderstorms, hail, snowstorms, etc. Bonvoyage you can go on vacation, hotels, beach, tan, build sand castles, have piercings in the create a sim menu, new tourist outfits, create your own tourist sight or go to premade ones, ice skating, medival game stuff, and all that stuff. Well thats alll i know cuz i have all tehe ones i explained. Anyway i thought you should know.=) and if you do download stuff from teh internet like modthesims2.com or thesims2.com, when you extract the files on winzip maybe, its a hassle and annoying so download sims2 filemaid and get it into winzip or something and drag the file into the maids lawn. have it running and drag it. Sims 2 Ds Help??
well I've got all the sims games for ds except that urbz one and I'm not sure you can have woohoo on any of them... you certainly can't on sims 2 pets DON'T EVER BUY THAT GAME IT'S SOOO BORING AND YOU DON'T DO MUCH!!! and on My Sims you don't really gain relationships with people of any kind and on sims 2 castaways hmm well i haven't finished it but it doesn't even have proper beds so i strongly doubt it and on just sims 2 you might, you can definately romance with other charaters alot and you can gain trust and stuff from people and they get into diffferent moods such as neutrual, romance, loopy (DRUNK lol) sad and angry and people can think of you as an ememy, loser, aqauaintence, pal, friend, warm or best friend. I would recommend plain sims 2 for DS castaway is good too but sims 2 is more like the real game and you don't get as bored with it even though it runs in normal time and they don't sleep through the night but i still think it's great!! hope I hepled!! luv Catty xoxox

Well, it’s not like it’s the first of it’s kind. Jurassic Park: Project Genesis (Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis - Wikipedia) did reasonably well back in 2003, so there’s already a precedent for that type of game. Often I spend more time thinking about the Sims, making plans, and exchanging my crackpot ideas with other people than actually playing the Sims.So you could argue that what I’m talking about is not really the game itself, it is a fictional universe that originated in my mind that has nothing to do with the Sims. To some degree this is true. The Sims is an extension of my imagination, the point of playing the Sims is implementing what would have happened in my mind one way or the other.But the thing is, it goes both ways. The possibilities the game mechanics offer are an inspiration and give me ideas. I can’t start a story from stratch, I can’t stare at a blank sheet of paper and make a story out of nothing. I need to start somewhere, create some Sims without really knowing where this is going, see what I can do with them, and then the story comes to life, and my Sims’ personalities will develop, and my mind will start making up stories. I need the possibility to make my stories happen, to make them feel more real, to turn my fantasies into data on my hard drive.The Sims is like a model kit that allows me to let my imagination run wild. It doesn’t need any other purpose, just like a sandbox or another tool that allows you to be creative and build things doesn’t need an inherent end point.
In the sims 3 how do you make a sim quit job and stay at home with the kids?
You can use a home phone or the sims cell phone (found in the inventory) when you click on the phone the quit job option should be there if you don' t wanna loose your job you can jut cancel the go work action on your sims action quee.
