I have to say to look at http://www.foodpyramid.com , they have a few different food pyramids.

Potatoes are starches and should not be veggies as I think MyPyramid is listing them. MyPyramid lists popcorn as wholegrains (http://www.mypyramid.gov/pyramid/grains.html).
USDA will be revising the food pyramid for 2010.

So it depends which pyramid you look at. For example the Health Eating Pyramid developed by Harvard School of Public Health lists potatoes within a different food group http://www.foodpyramid.com/food-pyramids/healthy-eating-pyramid/ .

Disease and famine.Globals warming is inevitable but human society would be broken before GW actually becomes a problem.In my opinion, human society will collapse before 2200. This is because when there are 15/20 billion people on Earth. Farms are going to become intense, animal welfare on farms will diminish and there will be a hige demand. At 30 billion people there will not be enough resources to sustain humans. Sadly, humans aren’t great with consequentialism, so most likely a lot of other animals such as wolves, bears, otters etc. will be used for food.The bourgeoise will try their best to survive like parasites. Governments will try their best to maintain power even while millions of people starve. Rich people will buy as much food as they can to ensure their survival.The price of food will increase significantly due to the scarcity of it.Some people may try to sell the food and make a profit.People will resort to cannibalism in some cases.Predator populations usually decline when there isn’t enough food. But most predators don’t have guns and weapons they can use to put themselves on the top of the food chain.With a large population, disease can EASILY spread and wipe out immense numbers of people. The deceased bodies wont benefit other starving humans as if they eat them, they will die.Insect populations will sky rocket because in desperation humans will most animals. But mosquitos, ants, mites etc. will most likely survive and help spread disease.It makes me sad cus humans should just die out without taking everything else with them.

What do you think of that usually helps you fall asleep when you can’t?

When I can’t fall asleep I do a falling asleep meditation which addresses any and every reason why you can’t fall asleep because of a rapid thinking brain thinking , to being just bored and everything in between . I also play wave / ocean noises to relax me .Some tips before bed, don’t drink coffee or any caffeinated drink a few hours before bed, maybe drink a chamomile tea instead.Eat dinner several hours before bed. Although it’s easier to eat and fall asleep, and sometimes that works depending on the food you eat , it can have the opposite effect and keep you later … also think about the bathroom breaks.And finally, falling asleep is sometimes about telling yourself you have nothing to worry about , focus on or do. You aren’t missing out on anything and when you wake up you will address everything .. clearing you mind and coming into a state of relaxation because your body does want to sleep but your brain may be stopping it .If you have tried various method of sleep and all hasnt worked there are melatonin gummies you can buy at CVS or Walgreens that you can take and within an hour or so you will be ready for bed !
