I just LOVE the name Mary Kate. Mary Kate is classic, pretty, and very cute but yet it will age well. I don't see why your worried about the Mary Kate and Ashley association to be honest. They're positive figures, its not like they are a Kardashian, Lindsey Lohan, Britney Spears, etc. I wouldn't worry about the association because Mary Kate is a very beautiful name and that would be nonesence not using such an elegant name because they were associated w/ positive celebrity figures. If you wanted, Mary Kate could be a nickname for Mary Catherine or Mary Caterina.
