What Do You Think Of The Idea Of The Scence

What do you think of my open scene idea for a sequel idea to "Clockers"?

I put this in hip hop not because I think that the only people who have seen it are stupid (because I don't care for hip hop), but mostly because the only ones who might know the full up are hip hop heads.

So here it goes
I would start it like this

Strike wanted revenge on Rodney (cause let's face it Rodney was an a$shole to Strike). So he comes to Brooklyn (where he's forbidden)

and says, "Hey, what up, ********** and Rodney says, "Oh **** And tries to reach for his gun but it's too late and Strike shoots Rodney in the belly and arm, causing Rodney to fall, with Strike saying, "You ain't such a big ********** now are you? Gonna do that to me? Disrespect me *****, I'm the big ********** now! I'm the ******* man!" And shoots Rodney in the face.

Rocco nearby says, "I'll be damned."

Strike says, "Yo homo-cide. It's me. **** you gonna do about it"

Why do I think the bar/club scene is stupid?

I dont go out and drink a lot, but I do go out every couple weeks or so. It's not entirely my thing when I think of it sober, but once I get some drinks in me and get a solid buzz going I'm happy I'm there. But here's the thing.
Everytime I think of the concept of this cycle, I get this feeling of "This is stupid."
1. Get drunk.
2. Hit on girl.
3. Dance with girl.
4. Sex later.

For some reason I think this is the most stupid concept ever. I never seem to want to do that. I love women and I love music. I like the occasional night of being drunk, but that agenda I just think is so stupid. Whenever I'm there, I watch everybody dancing hammered with each other and then watch guys get rejected by girls. Half seem to not care and the other half feel like their night is over. I see guys become hostile when they fight over a girl, and even fight when they know they're going home without a woman.
My best friend always says to me that I need to go out on the dance floor and cut loose. I do that, but it's usually when I'm pretty drunk. I asked him last night after we got some drinks why do I feel this way. He said maybe you're scared of being rejected because you are even scared to talk to girls you find attractive. Not nervous. Frightened. Like I look away and try and walk away. I just don't understand why I think this way about clubs and bars. And i don't understand why I get so nervous around women when I'm sober.
I've had girlfriends. I've been laid plenty of times, so it's not like I'm a virgin or inexperienced. What do you think is going on? Do these two things maybe have a connection?

You are aware of escape rooms. What do you think of this idea?

The question for me would come down to "why?"On its own, this isn't the kind of thing I'd do for fun. Don't get me wrong, I like high risk activity for it's own sake, but this doesn't fit my idea of fun, really at all. I'll label this as 'not my scene.'Would I do this for kink purposes? No, again, not my scene. I enjoy being tied up as much as the next person, but even it this was something where my partner / prospective playmates had placed me in this position for roleplaying... I'd get bored quickly. Would I do this for money? Game show style? Sure, if there was enough money involved, I'd do this for money. I think I'd be boring as hell to watch on a game show, but I'd put this right up there with Hellevator and other game shows that like to do this sort of thing. When escape is guaranteed, you need a motivation to participate. So, much like the cliche actor, if the question asked is: "Would you do this?" my answer is "What's my motivation?"

What did you think about the "hold the door" scene in “The Door”?

I think you need to see a doctor or therapist and evaluate either your heartbeat or your capability of feeling emotions. No, just kidding, but seriously the reveal emotionally hit me.It takes a lot of patience to think of a character like Hodor, have him play a significant role (he has been in five seasons and grew out to be a rather fan favorite if not the only redemption of the Bran story), and plan it out for the pay-off that was “Hold the door.” That’s some next level storytelling. On a plot level, it worked because all of the boring time travel details were already dealt with in previous stories, so by the time Bran gets stuck in the past and Meera’s voice echoes through that vision into Hodor’s head, you’re capable of understanding what is going on.But emotionally… welI have never seen a time travel sequence work this devastating. Not only is Hodor a pure bundle of goodness who was once tasked with escorting Bran and has done so with little to no resistance, but he most likely always knew he was going to at one point “hold the door.” I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the reason that every time danger loomed near and Hodor freaked out to the point that Brann had to warg into him, it was because Hodor was scared of executing his assignment to Hold the Door.BUT THEN THE MOMENT CAME AND HE DID IT ANYWAY. If you were told your entire life that you had to do something, what is the likelyhood of you doing it without question? What if that thing was not even for yourself, but for some privileged kid who was chosen or something? Hodor had zero doubts and just held that door like no other. To me that is one gorgeous pay-off.Was the abbreviation of “hold the door” a weird way of constructing “hodor”? Sure. Did it make me want to cry and never be emotionally ready to hear that sentence again? Jup.

What do you think of this halloween costume idea?

hey everyone (: next week is my high school's spirit week, and we have a costume day as part of it. i was thinking about dressing like tom cruise from the famous risky business dance scene (oh i'm a 16-year-old girl btw):
i'd wear a pink button-down shirt, white boxers or pajama shorts (even though he was wearing tighty-whities in the scene, i wouldn't be caught), mid-calf white socks, and my ray-bans...so i have a few questions for you all!

1) would people get the reference? i'm kind of thinking that they would because it's a classic scene, and rock band just had those commercials a couple of years ago that referenced it, but idk
2) is it too weird? since i'm a girl, would people think it's odd? also, would it come across as a little bit slutty? because i definitely don't want it to...

opinions please!!

p.s. yes this is the second posting, but no one answered before haha (:

A: Hm?
B: You doin' alright?
A: I'm fine. Things have been looking up lately.
B: Good to hear.
A: Don't you want to know what thing or things have been looking up lately?
B: No.
A: I wish I knew you.
B: What do you mean?
A: Just that

I need help thinking of ideas for interperating a neutral scene??

The scene is as follows:
A: Hi!

B: Hello.

A: How’s everything?

B: Fine. I guess.

A: Do you know what time it is?

B: No. Not exactly.

A: Don’t you have a watch?

B: Not on me.

A: Well?

B: Well what?

A: What did you do last night?

B: What do you mean?

A: What did you do last night?

B: Nothing.

A: Nothing?

B: I said, nothing!

A: I’m sorry I asked.

B: That’s all right.

One idea was mother/daughter, after the girl missed her curfew, but we don't like it very much!
