It's hard to say if your mother doesn't remember any other words, and without the music. But the correct spelling is "raska på". It means "hurry up". There is a fairly modern song for children called "Raska på" by Gullan Bornemark (Lilla höna raska på, Korn och vatten ska du få, Ka ka ka ka ka ...), but this is from the 1960's and probably not what your mother is thinking of if it should be an old traditional song.
