Couple things:
- acne isn't a reaction to food - that's a myth. Acne is an internal chemical thing. medication helps balance the hormones that cause acne.
- Eating Fats doesn't make you fat, only excessive calories over time does.
- Metabolism isn't a fast/slow "rate" - another myth. Metabolism is a TYPE.

A calorie is a calorie from ANY source. ice cream or apples -- the calories are the same. Calories from simple carbs will metabolize quickly, causing insulin levels to spike - causing glutamate in your blood to be stored as body fat. That's how it works. The key is to work with your bodies levels of insulin!

You can't decide where your body stores bodyfat. Genetics does that. If you want to improve your legs and performance, you need to build up muscle in your legs. Work legs and back together, and increase your calorie intake about 300-400 per day. Easier said then done.

As you are aware a pimple occurs when a blocked gland becomes infected.

One thing you can do is keep your face clean and avoid touching your face with your hands., Wash your face regularly to prevent the build up of oil, and help prevent glands from becomming blocked.

Another thing you could consider is drinking plenty of water.
You may also consider whether you are under stress, and take time to relax and enjoy life.

What diet changes can eliminate forehead acne?

I recently took all sugars (even honey) and processed foods out of my diet. I still eat fruit and stevia for sweet fixes but since changing to a ‘clean foods diet’ my acne has disappeared along with many other ailments. I also use the biodynamic Ingredient based skin care products from jurlique. But I would just recommend cutting all the sugars, preservatives and other processed foods out of your diet. Do you really get acne by working in fast food?

It depends on the kind of place you're working.
If you're working somewhere that has a lot of deep fat friers, like a fried chicken place... or anywhere that has french fries, then yeah, there's going to be a lot of oil and grease in the air that's gonna land on your face.
As long as you frequently take breaks to wash your face with soap, you should be able to stay on top of it before you get any breakouts.

Sorry to hear that you have such serious problems with acne.

I'm not going to get into your specific questions, because acne needs to be tackled on many fronts. The principle I've lived by is that what's good for my health is also good for my skin.

The good news is that acne is relatively simple to fix - once you know what causes it and how to deal with it.

First you need to understand what causes acne. If you said bacteria and sebum you are 90% wrong. Yes, they are part of the equation, but only a small part. Focusing on them will not get you clear - as I'm sure you know.

Acne is a complicated condition and it doesn't have a single cause. To explain it in detail would take too much space here. So I'll just give you a heavily summarized version.

Your body is in a state of imbalance. These imbalances mess up with your hormone levels and trigger the skin to produce too much sebum.
