What French Coffee Commercial Is This

How is coffee brewed through a commercial coffee maker different from the traditional home brew (coffee boiled over a stove)?

Here’s a few differences:Commercial coffee makers are designed to deliver volume, while domestic coffee makers can produce not more than 4–5 cups of coffee. The technology that goes in the making of a commercial coffee machine is quite high. Some of these coffee machines like the DeLonghi ECAM28465M Prima Donna allow 12 brew settings and 5 coffee strength settings. For home machines that’s usually lesser. The brewing of commercial coffee maker is also more efficient due to the use of a high powered motor, better temperature settings etc. These machine also come with additional features like self clean and some of them also allow you to brew additional drinks such as hot chocolate, milk etc. not a feature commonly found is home espresso machines.[1]Footnotes[1] Best Commercial Espresso Machines – Our Top Picks for 2017

What is the most popular french press coffee maker?

You can’t really go wrong with a good quality Bodum. They pretty much invented the french press and it’s a simple apparatus. Get one that doesn’t have a small nut at the bottom of the plunger, since you need to dismantle the filters to clean almost every time you make coffee. I have a beautiful but no-name french press that has a small nut holding the filters in place and it requires a small wrench/spanner to take it apart and put it back together each time. The better french press have the filters held in place by the bottom one screwing onto the plunger which holds everything in place. Also, with Bodum, you can buy a replacement glass for when you will break the original. Beats having to throw away the still good plunger, filters and handle.

French song on slow-motion coffee commercial?

I've asked this question before, today. Agan, can't remember the name of the coffee or the brand, but it's a commercial that's been coming on TV a lot. It has a woman drinking the coffee and relaxing while everything that could go wrong, happens in slow-mo.

It has a French (I think) song playing in the back ground. Elegant female voice.

That's all I got. Can you help me? Give me the name of the artist of the song or the name of the song itself.

That Dunkin Donuts commercial with the song that says "is it french or italian- maybe fretalian"?

This commercial kind of annoys me because the whole purpose of it is to promote the LATTE which is a foreign word, yet they are making fun of the foreign words that other coffee shops use. I think it's a tad hypocritical? Have you noticed this and does it bother you?

What is the difference between French Roast and Columbian Roast Coffee?

There are two types of coffee:Arabica: Technically they are not beans, they are seeds from a cherry. The Arabica "beans" are typically grown in higher altitudes and yield fewer beans. You can find the best conditions in Latin America, Africa, and the Pacific regions.Robusta: These beans are grown in the Eastern hemisphere and are used for mass production because they thrive in most environments. They produce more caffeine than Arabica beans and are perfect for expressos and other high caffeine drinks.Columbian coffee is usually arabica quality that is exceptionally bold and flavorful. Now you're referring to how the beans are roasted, not such much the location of the seed, correct? You can roast coffee to a French roast which is the darkest roast possible, it burns the coffee and removes caffeine and the actual flavor of the bean its self. Not my choice of roast but many people enjoy it.You can also use a city roast, full city - full city+ to change the flavors to a more caramel or chocolatey note.So one is a type of coffee, and the other is a type of roast. I hope this helps you.JakeCommercial Coffee Roasters Besca USA

Is there a consumer market for automatic French press coffee makers?

This is an interesting idea.  Call me boring and anti-consumer focused, but I am struggling to see the need for one of these.  A French Press is already such a simple design and process that my guess is automating the process probably wouldn't add much.  On the other hand, maybe I am wrong and you can make a killing off of it ;)  However, I suspect that the kind of people (coffee enthusiasts such as myself) who take the time to make a cup of coffee with something like the french press (or another manual method), not only enjoy the coffee, but actually enjoy the process itself and don't really want it automated.  Just my $0.02

What is the difference between French vanilla coffee and regular coffee?

The non-judgemental answer is that “regular coffee” is,… well, regular. No adulteration. French Vanilla is a flavoring name. In most cases “French Vanilla” is neither French nor Vanilla. “French” is a style of preparation that was popularized in the 50s and 60s in commercial ice cream branding. Today, almost all good ice cream and gelato recipes start with a custard preparation, which was the “claim to fame” of French Vanilla Ice Cream.A lot of French Vanilla coffee is prepared by flavoring the milk, cream or whitener. Yes, you can find French Vanilla Coffemate. French Vanilla Coffee Creamer from Coffee mate® There are dozens more brands available. So the difference is that “regular coffee” is pretty much “coffee, the way you prepare it or order it”. French Vanilla Coffee is flavored coffee, either by putting a certain amount of Vanillin (a synthetic) or Vanilla Extract on the coffee beans.“French Vanilla” simply sounds more luxurious than Vanilla. Some people like Chocolate-flavored coffee (but, “oooh, let’s call it mocha!”) some like Hazelnut, some like Vanilla. Some don’t like any flavoring at all.

Can you make a single cup serving of coffee with a French press?

Making a single cup in a multi-cup cafetiere can sometimes result is a cup smaller than you planned and with more fines in the cup than normal. This is because of how the press is made—with the plunger not going all the way to the bottom or actually pressing against the grounds when less coffee is being used.To make a single cup with a French press/cafetiere, the best solution is to use a single cup or 2-cup cafetiere. If all you have is one of the more common 4 or 6-cup versions, the trick is to measure out amounts for 2 cups, brew 2 cups, but only deliver one full cup for drinking. If carefully decanted, almost all of the fines will be left behind in the carafe. You waste a bit of coffee, but the product in your cup will be much better.

How often do you change the filter on a French press coffee maker?

when its clogged right up is pretty normal to change it i imagine like alot of tools!!!

What is the best self brew coffee appliance: Chemex, French Press, Aeropress, or another appliance?

Every manual brew method results in a different cup of coffee. If you're only getting one, you should try a cup from each method you're considering first.Chemex: super clean, low acidity, light French press: heavy and thick, a little oily (but not in a bad way)AeroPress: can be brewed many ways, but typically low acidity but richV60: clean, even, medium, middle-of-the-roadKalita Wave: similar to V60, maybe slightly less clean (less filtering)Clever Brewer: like a filtered French PressVacuum Pot: immersion brew, filteredHario Woodneck: cloth filter, really interesting taste, fairly cleanIf you buy a scale, a nice gooseneck water kettle, and a good grinder, then you can brew with any manual method. Once you start, it's hard to stop. The Chemex is one of my favorites, but the Kalita Wave has been my daily brewer for about a year now. It's easy, brews just enough for my 12 ounce mug, and clean up is simple and fast.
