I recently watched the french movie "Jeux D'enfents" which is called "Love me if you dare" in English. What is this French Movie Title?

There was an old french movie (more like vignettes) that was circled around mainly children in this one town. Here are some scenes from the movie:
beginning: children running through the town for the longest time
- Two little boys looking through binoculars at a woman showering
- A little girl whose parents "leave" her at home because she doesn't clean up her purse/ get a clean purse
* She tries to clean it in fish tank water
* She locks her door and yells "j'ai faim" (I'm hungry) outside to the neighbors
* I remember that her dad was a policemen?
- a little boy (2yrs?) follows a cat and eventually falls down like 3 stories and survives like nothing happens
* The boy's mom works at a cinema, goes on a blind date
- a boy (bout10yrs) has black hair, abused byparent, clever, lives w/ grandma & mom
- Ending: a teacher talking about how lucky they are to have good parents ....

What's the best French movie?

My choice would always be Betty Blue, directed by Jean-Jacques Beineix, based on the 1985 novel of the same name written by Phillippe Dijan. It’s the story of Zorg, an aspiring writer who is making his living repairing beach houses. He meets Betty, a wild and beautiful girl, and they begin a passionate and tumultuous relationship.Betty trashes Zorg’s beach house and finds his manuscript, and after reading it in one sitting, declares him to be a genius. She eventually types it out and sends it to various publishers, who all refuse it, a fact Zorg keeps from her.Tragically, Betty is struggling with mental illness, and they are forced to flee several situations and move on because of her violent outbursts and destructive behaviour. They eventually settle in the country, where they are asked to take care of a friend’s piano shop. Zorg believes he has found the tranquil life he has been seeking for Betty, until he comes home one day to find what she has done after the pregnancy test she took was negative.Betty slips further into madness, and nothing I could say could truly convey the emotion I felt at the film’s ending. Even so, this movie reminds me of a really positive time in my life, and just catching sight of the movie poster or hearing part of the soundtrack takes me back to that time. If you do watch it, try to watch the director’s cut. Gabriel Yared composed the film’s sublime soundtrack.

FIRST LOVE (2004) -- an Italian film
Primo amore (original title)
IMDb synopsis:
Vittorio is looking for a woman who matches his ideal. Through a classified ad he meets Sonia, a sweet, pleasant, intelligent girl. However, she weighs 125 pounds -- which according to Vittorio is way too much. A goldsmith by trade, Vittorio is obsessed with the desire to shape Sonia's body and mind as does a fire with gold. Almost imperceptibly Sonia becomes a passive participant and the relationship grows into a reciprocal masochistic game. When the two lovers isolate themselves in a country house in the Veneto hills, they dangerously lose touch with reality and the rest of the world.

It’s a well written film that tells a story of Juliette, played by Kristin Scott Thomas, who was convicted for murdering her own 6-year-old son, Pierre. The slow pacing of the storytelling has also added beauty to this remarkable movie. There’s a depth of sorrow throughout the film. Sadness and guilt were conveyed emotions visible in every facial expression of the lead actress, Kristin Scott Thomas. She has truly given a superb performance in this movie.Elsa Zylberstein plays Juliette’s sister, Léa.
