I have eaten an apple nearly everyday for the past month, usually for breakfast with a handful of nuts, a bit of peanut butter, or some cheese for protein. Occasionally I even have a second apple in the afternoon. This is part of my balanced but kind of boring diet of fruit and protein for breakfast, salad (with nuts or cheese) for lunch, more fruit and nuts for snack, and a soup and salad for dinner.Health-wise, the effect is that I’m a healthy weight, I’ve got enough energy for my busy schedule and the gym, and my digestive system runs along quite happily. Life style wise, I know what I’m eating for any given meal, I can plan, shop, and cook ahead of time and still have meals prepared on my 14 hour workdays (several times a week), and I’ve got a breakfast that I know I can toss in my backpack or purse and have it come out pretty much intact - I don’t mind my apples a bit bruised. Budget-wise, apples are cheap and readily available.Like everyone said, eat a balanced diet. If you like apples, eat them regularly. If you don’t, find another fruit that you like and it eat in a regular basis. Or a bunch of different fruits. Diets are not rocket science, nor are certain foods magical.

What would happen if i only eat apples for one week?

If you are just crazy enough to think that's a good way to lose weight, then why even bother with apples? Just have water and you will lose even more weight after a week.

While you may not have fat intake, your body will use instead, all the sugar( quick energy source) in those apples and continue to store the fat. So after a week, you will end up having majority if not all that fat still your body. and you will have deprived our body with other nutrients.

Near starvation diets don't work and are essentially stupid.

Well it's kind of like if you eat too much of anything..but with apples I think the most that could happen is you could get gas and need to go to the toilet a lot hahaha. If you're really worried check with your doctor??? But it's just fruit so...Oh but eating too much fruit is bad for you because although it's healthier than say chocolate. It still has A LOT of sugar...So your sugar levels might be out of whack...so that could be very bad for you...you shouldn't really eat 10 apples a day....:/ I don't know why anyone would do that unless they were trying to break a record
