Quoting C.S. Lewis, "You don't have a soul. You are a soul. You have a body." I think it's a beautiful quote, but I'm uncertain about the existence of souls. I'm content with that uncertainty -- I'd be a fool to say that I know.

If you lose your soul while still alive, what happens when you die?
Yes, it is possible to lose your soul and still be alive on Earth. You can do it unknowingly, as I did. Trust me when I say it is possible. You don't have to "sell it" or say something out loud, you only have to push one or two very negative emotions into your subconscious mind for it to happen, unbeknownst to the person. I would assume it is VERY rare. I was told that it NEVER happens. All I can say is... I did it and all unknowingly as I was deceived. Once you stray off the path, yet you intellectually want to do the right thing, you can unknowingly have people put on your path to mislead you, which leads to a type of unconscious denial where you will push the negative emotion into your subconscious mind and no matter how much logic you apply, you cannot fix it. You fight for your life, as I did, not once but twice... yes that is how much of an idiot I was... I fought b/c I did not know I was going against a universal law. It can happen. It is something I NEVER would have imagined for myself and people who know me would not believe me either but you never know what energy goes in there and begins accumulating more energyMaybe I should rephrase it to say, you can lose your soul while alive and give it to the wrong side b/c if you lose your SPIRIT then your soul is transferred to the place you do not want to go so SPIRIT (what's in your heart) and SOUL (what's in your subconscious mind) will be going to a place NO ONE wants to go or at least most people would not want to go to....
What happens when you sell your soul to the devil? Will you become a demon?
I mean mentally, physically, and emotionally. Basically, what I ask, is if, by selling your soul to Satan, do you have horrible thoughts? Do you have impulses to kill or hurt people? Or are you the same, just eternally doomed to live in Hell for the rest of eternity? By physically, I mean do you really become a demon? And if so, before or after your death? Do you grow stronger? Do you have strange abilities? Those sorta things. And emotionally, do you feel hate and anger more than happiness and fulfillment? Or are you the same person, just something like evil? Is it even evil in the first place though? Mostly, I'm interested in the demon part... I find it interesting, what some believe. And then about the ritual. How does one sell ones soul to the devil? What items must you have? No, I don't want to do this. The subject is simply for the fictional writing of a book. Please give me good answers. Thanks ~ N. R. Crow

If you sell your soul to the devil, you should get a receipt. Since the devil only exists in your mind, whoever you gave your soul to was deceiving you. You won't even get to go to hell and party when you die. Blessings!
