What Happens When A Cps Voluntary Placement Agreement Ends

Do fathers have the same parental rights as mothers?

The idea that mothers get custody over fathers is really based on the model that 90% of split families (parents don't live together because of divorce or unmarried parents living apart) are households with mothers having primary custody of the children. But that 90% are cases where custody was undisputed. When parents break up, the father usually doesn't want to be saddled with the kids full-time. They may want to have the kids with them some of the time, but it's rare when they want primary custody. In the cases where custody is disputed by mother and father, however, fathers win full custody about 70% of the time. So it isn't true that fathers are less likely to gain custody of children. It's only true that about 90% of the time, mothers end up with the kids because custody is undisputed, or the fathers aren't even around. When custody is disputed, though, fathers get it more than two-thirds of the time.

Child Support/ CPS/ Pill Usage?

The Facebook argument is a loser. I agree with you. An 8 year old should not have a Facebook account but YOU friended him. In the eyes of the court, you are just as culpable. (You're also more than a little naive to think that your ex wife wouldn't be using his account to look at YOUR page . . . have you no understanding of the inherent nosiness of the female gender?)

You are not likely to get equal time. I'm sorry, I know that's not what you want to hear, but it is almost unheard of for a judge to make a drastic change in custody over the objection of one parent without extraordinarily good cause. You are likely to get more time and a set visitation schedule with him - particularly if she is currently withholding visitation. Generally, a parent can request a residential credit (downward deviation in child support) when the child spends at least 91 overnights per year AND the deviation does not result in a financial shortfall in the custodial parent's home.

Sleeping pills: Oh wow are you going to open up a NASTY can of worms for yourself if you accuse her of dependency during your relationship. The number one question the judge is going to ask you will be: "If she was really addicted to sleeping pills during your relationship then why on earth would a reasonable, rational father ever voluntarily relinquish custody to that parent?"

Your argument that you were not in a position to fight for custody will not be adequate. Particularly if you are now going to argue that her addition makes her an inadequate parent or a less adequate parent.

A standard drug test generally looks for illegal drugs or narcotics. If the lab is advised by the court of what to test for, the lab can do so.

You can initiate contact with CPS and ask about investigations involving your son. How much information they will be willing or able to provide to you is up in the air. I wouldn't count on them being able to release any information to you.

If you file a petition to modify your custody order, you would be entitled to send her Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents. You would have the right to ask her to provide detailed information about her prescription medications, her nightly use of sleeping aids, and to provide detailed information (and all documentation) pertaining to any past CPS contacts.

What are some of the worst companies to work for in India? Explain.

I am sorry to say but all companies are worst to work for in India. Exception could be Microsoft, Linkedin(now MS), expedia, Cisco, Facebook, big 4 companies and other top rated MNCs.Its better to start your own business than working like a cog in giant company. where nobody knows you from joining to retirement except the close people you worked with.Employees can’t become rich.Employers will only become rich.Labor laws is the most violated law in India. Employers will check your background whether you have been convicted in a crime in the past or not like they are Harish chandra. But, employers are the one who doesn’t care about Law, a labor law.In India, Employee bond, agreement, contract or any bondage is not valid by court but all employers do it, blatantly, openly. As per law if employer doesn’t pay your salary on time, you may drag them to court but neither nobody does nor any competitive court will take it seriously. So it is full of Hassle. Full of quibble.Being an employee, if you generate 100 Rs as a profit to company, employer will give you 8–12 rs as a salary. Notice the difference. This is the difference that makes the employer RICH.The top companies who doesn’t care about employees are:-1- TCS2- Wipro3- HCL4- Infosys5- Convergys6- IBM7- Accenture8-AricentThat may sound BS but its true. The worst of worst company is RECRUITING, OUTSOURCING, HUMAN RESOUCRCE CONSULTING FIRM or any placement agency that hires you as a third party person. example;Company X will hire you, pay you salary and provide you offer letter and relieving/experience letter.Company X will ask you to work for Company Z. Company Z will give you work on day to day basis. You will have to report to Company Z for everything except related to salary increment and promotion.Company Z will not give you and can’t give you salary hike or promotion.Company X will cut off communication with you regarding salary hike or promotion. Your life will stuck and will be on stake.

How do you have a cps case closed?

My 5 yr old grandson was seriously burned when he light a lighter and a gas can exploded.
The cps has been involved for six months now.
There are no court orders are charges filed. The parents placed the children with grandparents voleentarily and has complied with all the cps referalls.
But they deny the parents to be anywhere alone with their children.
They told the cps to drop the case or get a court order. There is no neglect or abuse in the family. How do the parents stop this case?
The cps says they do not wish to take them to coat and are trying to scedual another meeting.
This has caused a lot of grief. The family just wants to get back to normal.
They even refuse to let the parents take the child to therapy without supervision.
The parents only agreed to voluntary placement so they could remain in ICU with the injured child.
The family's main focus is their children and do not need someone watching them with there children.
The kids can't even go to friends or other relatives without supervision.
What do the parents do to end this now!

What is the process to put a child in foster care?

Well it depends on if you go through DHS or if you go through an adoption agencies. Either or way the process is long and painful for both the biological parents and the child or children. The process of either or decision could take up to six months to multiple years. For an example I started to go through an adoption agency but then I found out they lied to me the hole time. But two days after I had my youngest the family that has my third (Tyler) child found me and told me. That they were more than willing to adopt my youngest (Miracle ) so she can be with a sibling. The process of them to fully adopt her was a little over six months.
