What I Need To Know About The Current Usa Canadian And Mexican Politics

North America (US, Canada, and Mexico)?

I been researching about continents, and most people are saying that Central America and the Caribbean are in North America, and some people are also saying that North America only has 3 countries which are the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and some even combine the whole Americas as one continent, well in my opinion the NAFTA, North American leaders summit, and other political organizations only include the United States, Canada, and Mexico, so in my opinion there is only 3 countries in North America, which are United States, Canada, and Mexico, in Spanish-speaking countries, the America is one continent, and in English-speaking countries is usually divided into 2 or 4 regions, i would consider the Caribbean and Central America as there own regions, but not continents, just independent regions that don't belong to any continent, and besides most countries in the Caribbean and Central America are un-developed, so in my opinion there are only 3 only countries in North America which are United States, Canada, and Mexico, and i would also consider Central America and the Caribbean as there own regions.

Does Canada have a lot of illegal immigrants from Mexico & Central America?

@ Needful Sinner - thanks for answering. So you're saying that illegal aliens are very rare or nonexistent in Canada? If so, it's really interesting, because... I mean, I don't even know why it took me so long to think of this question to ask - it just never occurred to me, and yet it's such an obvious question to ask. The US media basically NEVER covers Canada... it's just amazing. Here in the US, illegals have ways of getting other people's SS numbers, and using them to get employment. I believe they can also get bank accounts. If they get sick, US hospital emergency rooms are required to treat anyone without asking for proof of citizenship or visa status. What happens in Canada if an illegal alien tries to get a job or shows up at a hospital? Do they get arrested and deported?

Can I Travel to Mexico and Canada if I Have an Approval for a US Work Visa, But No Visa Stamp?

I have been in the US for 5 years on 3 back-to-back O-1 work visas, all in the same line of work (IT and engineering). I recently changed jobs when my last company went bankrupt, and I was approved for a new O-1 visa for the new company with no trouble.

I would like to travel to Canada and Mexico this year to visit some dear friends on my summer vacation. But as my visa was approved while I was in the US, I have not yet been the the Embassy in my home country of England to get the visa stamp in my passport.

My questions is: can I travel to Mexico and Canada with just my Notice of Approval form, even though my visa is not yet stamped in my passport? I have several expired O-1 visa stamps in my passport to show I have been granted the privilege of this visa twice before.

If anyone could answer this question I would be very grateful. I am very thankful to my employers for my current job, and do not want to get trapped outside the country and lose my job due to Visa regulations.
