Are there any good Ouija board iPhone apps?
If you want a working Ouija board, you have to find one that was legit made between 1750 and 1850 After that the oppression Christianity took it's toll on the Pagan religion. An iPhone app won't work. I have a good one, made out of polished human bone. It's cursed however, when you touch it it corrupts you and sucks out a large portion of your spirit energy. I keep it locked up in my closet and under a heavy Earth/Spirit seal to make sure it isn't touched by my idiot friends when they come over.

Why, yes I do. Don’t you have your own app ideas? I have learned as a developer than most people do, and often they aren’t shy about sharing them. The big difference for me is that I have even managed to take some of the past the idea stage and they are currently for sale in the App Store. I currently have more ideas for apps than I have time develop them. I simply pick one that either seems the most interesting to me to develop or else the one that I think will be the most popular. Some of the apps are simple utilities and others are complicated games.A simple search in the App Store with my name should turn up some of the results of my efforts if you are curious. I would share some of my current projects, but I know how quickly an idea can be taken. I’m sure this isn’t your ideal answer, but I’m not one to give my work away for free.
What is a good idea for an iPhone app?
Here is something I’ve been meaning to write, but haven’t got around to it. It is simple and you could probably do it for your first one, and please put it on the app store so I could use it.Make an app that does exactly one thing well: record location data. Do not clutter the app with bloatware and waste unnecessary CPU cycles, bytes on the disk, or network packets; make it as bare bone as possible. Make it as compatible across IOS versions as possible, so when they make a new version, you have to change only a few lines of code for whatever the new “get location” or “store tuple” incantation is. Make it easy for people to export this data in a stable format like csv. Do not send this data to your own servers or to information brokers. Make it free, maybe with in-app purchases which are donations to you. Post the code on github. Maybe do some research into how people could be confident what you post on github is the same as what they get from the app store (maybe an iphone can generate a SHA256 sum of an app, and somebody can compile the app from your github and verify it is the same number; idk if compiling apps can be this reproducible).I would be very interested in having a longitudinal record over the years of where I go, where my privacy concerns can be minimized. I imagine other software geeks, such as the ones who might hire you someday, would also be grateful for this app.

Do you think it would be a good idea to combine iPhones, Mac, and iPad apps?
Well, Apple seems to think so. They announced this at WWDC last year and will probably give more information on it this summer. I think that if you are not going to merge Mac OS and iOS, then this kind of move is the next best thing. It will give more continuity to Apple’s hardware platform and if they do it right, developers will find this an advantageous move. Of course, Apple are not the first to do this, Microsoft was experimenting with this a few years ago, and there will doubtless be some lazy attempts at porting over apps to the Mac, but overall I think it is a good move.
