Phototropism/Heliotropism = growth towards light. Some plants track the sun as it moves across the sky (e.g. Lupines). Most plants will grow towards light if they are in the shade. Thigmatropism = movement of plants in response to touch. Mimulus flowers (monkey flowers) close their stigmas when a bee brushes against them, which keeps their own pollen from fertilizing their own eggs. Venus flytraps are thigmatrophic, as are some leaves and petioles (have you seen leaves that close up when you touch them?)/ Roots will respond to pockets of nutrients in the soil by growing a lot of lateral roots. You might call this a type of chemotropism. Gravitropism = growth in response to gravity. Root tips have cells that can respond to gravity and grow downwards. You can put a seed in any orientation and the root will find up/down with these cells and grow downwards.

Internal customers are vendors, people who supply you with the goods you need to operate the business. External customers are the patrons off the street who buy your wares. If you own a restaurant vendors are the laundry for the tablecloths, the meat supplier, the fish monger etc. And of course the external customers are the diners.
