What are the problems that India is facing?

Have you seen this movieZootopia - WikipediaRough plot of movie - Predators are convicted for crimes, their boss tries to find the reason behind it and tries to rectify it as prey are in living in state of terror due to savage behavior of predators. However, it was proved beyond reasonable doubt that predators are the real culprit and should be treated accordingly.Plot twist - it was all a well executed plan of a a diminutive sheep and predators were framed and whole lot of Predators were blamed for the crimes they did not commit voluntarily. Now do you see a rough similarity between this movie and current scenario of India??They do not miss any chance to malign one of the oldest religion and can even correlate a heinous crime with religion.None of them were concerned about the justice. A few of them had to be in news because why not, it is a good thing to be in news before your movie is released. In India if you want to be famous, bash Hinduism, use words fascism, Hindu terror, next thing you know you are on a news channel. In below snap if you can see rape is compared with Krishna Leela. They surprise you every time you think they can not sink any lower.Meanwhile our so called “fascist hindutva promoting government” did this-https://timesofindia.indiatimes....PS- You are entitled to your views, if you don’t think this answer makes sense use down vote button.

Job interview questions (hospitality industry)?

I've been in the Hospitality business most of my life, and there isn't really a single definitive answer to that question. I'd say you just answered it, although you will want to be more specific when the interviewer asks the question. So my advise is this: Find one or two specific things that truly turned you on to this lifestyle.
Say (for example), that you enjoy working with people, the tourism and trade/hospitality business has always fascinated you, and you wanted to learn more about it. Or the ambitious answer is: "That you plan on going to college in this field, and can you apply your work to future credits?" ( OK, so that's a little over the top, but I think you get the drift.)

(Because it is more than just a job, or type of job. To me it is a lifestyle. - you can use that if you like)

I hope that was some help, even though I didn't quite answer your question.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of working in the hotel industry?

Hotel industry is one of the industries where passion outshines every other attribute for a worker. If you are passionate enough, you'll definitely treat your guests well. The advantages include a relative lack of stress as the work is always in front of you and there's no long term projects or such to worry about. The fact that this industry requires a lot of interaction with the customer makes it an ideal job for people who are willing to socialize. The pay might be measly at first but booms with the advancement of skill like almost no other industry. Infact, one can easily think of setting up a business once he's worked a few years to learn. There are always avenues to explore with almost every hotel requiring great staff. Apprenticeships are very common. There's always a chance to get to know the unknown with travel and interaction.Disadvantages would include a long period of time with minimal or even no pay until a relatively long time.Without an emphasis on quality, there is almost no scope for furthering someone's career in this field. If someone is bad at the business or experiences a relatively bad time, the recovery curve is incredibly steep. There's no assembly line system like in IT sector where every few years you could reasonably expect a promotion. You'll need to prove your worth. Finally, since this industry requires a lot of interaction with the customers, there might be situations where they are rude or annoying. Even disrespectful. But there needs to be that inner strength to just get on with it.
