Which one is the best choice in building a society management system, Entity Framework or ADO.NET? Why?

I’m going to make the assumption that you know that EF already uses ADO.NET under the covers?EF is simply an abstraction layer that allows developers to model the domain, and it generates the database access logic for you. There are a few reasons to consider whether to code directly against ADO.NET or to use EF, but for mine two things come to mind:Efficiency. EF generates a lot of the boilerplate data access logic for you. This saves you a lot of time from needing to hand-code CRUD logic, and it also has a lot of built in features to save you time implementing concurrency, validation, lazy loading, object graphs etc.Performance. Since EF adds another layer to ADO.NET it comes with some overhead. If you implement your own Data Access Layer directly against ADO.NET, chances are it will perform better. There are plenty of articles with performance comparisons between ADO.NET and EF which show that RAW access to ADO.NET is much faster. You may even want to consider an alternative ORM (Micro ORM) like Dapper which was developed by the StackOverflow guys. It is fast, yet still saves you effort on implementing repetitive boiler-plate logic. Definitely a good trade-off.Dapper vs Entity Framework vs ADO.NET Performance Benchmarking

What kind of business entity do most start-ups in tech typically choose and why?

Choosing the wrong legal entity is one of the biggest tax mistakes startups make. Unfortunately , there is no one “right” choice—only the best entity  choice for your particular company (the fact that it is a tech startup isn't really enough information to go by). You may choose to go with sole proprietor, partnership, or some form of corporation. It pays to research the advantages and disadvantages of each to find your best fit. For example, owners of C  corporations pay a corporate income tax as well as their individual  taxes. Knowing the tax laws associated with each entity should help you make your decision.

Polands decline as a major political entity during the 17th century can be attributed largely to?

Answer A is totally false.
Answer B isn't true - Poland wasn't affected by 30 Years War, in fact.
Answer C is completely false, although constant border disputes weren't good to the kingdom. However, remember that in 1683 Poland was able to send a major expeditionary corps to free Vienna from an Ottoman siege.
Answer D isn't true - whereas the Jagiellonian University wasn't providing mass education to the nobles, most of them were literate, and aristocracy were all literate (often in more than one language - it was a point of honour to speak Latin!)
Answer E is the closest one, however, this process started two centuries earlier, and become really evident in the next century. Because of the democratical procedures employd by Polish nobles, the King was often unable to make any significant decisions, especially of financial matter (taxes on the nobility could have been placed only by the nobility itself).
