What is the procedure to become a clerk in private banks?
IBPS (Insititute of Banking Personnel Selection) conducts a common written examination (CWE) for PO, clerk & specialist officer posts in 20 public sector banks.A detailed IBPS exam calendar is released at the start of every year as well.But IBPS does NOT cover private banks, which means you cannot apply for jobs in private banks after passing in any IBPS exam.ICICI bank, Kotak mahindra bank & Axis bank have special recruitment programmes wherein fresh graduates are selected, trained for 1 year & then appointed as managers.Read more at http://www.bankexamsindia.com/20...
