What Is Elizabeth Bennet

What is elizabeth bennet and darcys horoscope??

What a great question!!

I've always believed Elizabeth Bennet to be a Sagittarian, like her creator, Jane Austen. Elizabeth fits all the classic Sagittarian traits: she is lively, clever, funny and loves to laugh at other people's foibles. Even when Darcy offends her by refusing to dance with her, Elizabeth attempts to laugh it off. This is a very typical Sagittarian reaction to being hurt. They conceal it with a joke.

Darcy is classic Capricorn. He is very serious, responsible, mature, reserved, socially conservative and class conscious. He places great importance on Capricorn values, such as family pride, social respectability and status. He appears to the world as very solemn and humorless, but in reality he is simply shy with strangers and, like the typical Capricorn, he has hidden depths to his personality. He also possesses that Capricorn tendency of being concerned over marrying the "right" person.

I think this is why the pairing of Elizabeth and Darcy is so interesting, because Sagittarius and Capricorn are so vastly different. Elizabeth is supposedly able to bring some Sagittarian light-heartedness and laughter into Darcy's very dignified Capricornian world.

What is Elizabeth Bennet's middle name?

Elizabeth 'Lizzy' Bennet
20 years old
a "reputed beauty"
The mother believed Lizzie to be not half so handsome as Jane, the eldest, nor half so good-humored as Lydia.

Mr Darcy says: "I had thought her pretty at one time, but that was when I first knew her, for it is many months since I have considered her as one of the handsomest woman of my acquaintance."

How does Elizabeth Bennet fall in and out of love with Mr. Wickham?

Wickham is apparently quite attractive; all the women are a-twitter about him. The book describes him as "of a most gentlemanlike appearance," and says, "His appearance was greatly in his favor: he had all the best parts of beauty, a fine countenance, a good figure, and pleasing address."Elizabeth's interest in also piqued because right after meeting him, Mr. Darcy had come up and made it clear that he was not at all happy to see Wickham. At a party that night, Wickham makes a point to come and talk to Elizabeth to explain why.Elizabeth is happy to listen to tales of Darcy's bad behavior and believes everything he says. She also spreads it around to everyone else, so that everyone feels sorry for poor picked on Wickham. He always makes a point to talk to Elizabeth at all the balls and assemblies. Who doesn't love a handsome guy seeking them out?  Also we know that Elizabeth admires him for his courage and good cheer in the face of his great disappointments. It is pretty easy to understand why she likes Wickham, then: he is handsome, he has had a hard life but seems to be making the best of things, and finally, he seems to like her. She is so infatuated by him she doesn't even recognize his 'dumping' of her and pursuit of the heiress Miss King as a sign of what is really important to him: money. As for falling out of love with him, she recognizes that all of his alleged bravery and good cheer is a sham. Instead of being the wounded party, he has done much to hurt others. He is undoubtedly still handsome, but Elizabeth is smart enough to recognize that this is a shallow reason to like someone. So the only real reason she liked him is false. Plus, she seems to feel kind of stupid for believing him (as she should), and a person who makes you remember a dumb thing you did  is unlikely to be a pleasant person to be around.

Elizabeth Bennet Character Analysis?

I'm a little confused with the sentence "The first two i have found is her dealing with Lady Catherine about Mr. Darcy, and when she does not answer her question directly. anyone know of one more?"

I think another virtue of Elizabeth is her caring for others like her family and especially for her sister. She loves them so much she is capable of defending them although she herself finds them ridiculous at times. Her refusal of both Collin' s and Darcy's preposition is not only an example of independence but also of bravery because with women having so little choice other than marriage she is taking a great risk of being considered a snob and never have any other preposition and stay a spinster ever (a great failure for the Austen world to be both spinster and poor).

What are symbols that represent Elizabeth Bennet and Darcy from Pride and Prejudice?

What are symbols that represent Elizabeth Bennet and Darcy from Pride and Prejudice?
ALSO, a symbol for the main theme, if you can.

I'm doing a book project and I'm having trouble thinking of symbols for them.
They don't have to be from the book. The symbols can be made up.

Thanks if anyone can help!
