Why do I gain weight after going to the bathroom?

you may have poop in your body. it happens all the time. weight fluctuates a lot. its best to wake up, pee/poop, THEN weigh yourself. dont weigh yourself during the day because your weight will increase 1-4 lbs depending on many things.

My weight keeps going up and down?

Its fluids obviously.
Everybody fluctuates depending on their hydration and fluid levels.

How do you lose fat ? Well first you need to get your actual body fat tested at a local gym or doctor so you have a starting point. You cannot judge fat by weight they are two totally different things.
Then you need to start a training programme consisting of regular 3-5 times per week steady cardio sessions, anything that gets the heart rate up - running, hill walking, cycling, swimming etc . You need to do that for at least 40 mins per session. Secondly you need to address your diet, cut out sugary foods and drinks, cut out alcohol. Eat regular small meals, 3-5 per day rather than 1 or 2 larger meals.

There is no secret formula, burn more calories than you intake and you will start to lose body fat.
stick to it and then go check your bodyfat % again in 6-8 weeks time and you will see it will have reduced.
DO NOT judge it on weight judge it on actual bodyfat, as fat weighs less than muscle , guaging weight will give you hardly any indication whether you have lost fat and gained lean tissue.

Will we gain weight if we stop going to gym and working out?

Yes & no.Yes you will gain weight .The food you take daily & the extra calories consumed eating junk food will not be burnt in work out and consequently results in gain in weight.When you are in working out mode your body has a revved up basal metabolic rate (BMR)but that would slow down if you stop the work out & consequently the extra calories you have consumed through eating  junk food and/or eating a little extra everyday or week would result in weight gain.But remember even when you are working out in gym  pigging out on junk food would result in weight gain.No.You do not need elaborate gym work out or high intensity cardio outside gym to control weight gain.All you need to do is keep minimum work out or just work out when you feel like subject to time available to just keep the  BMR not slowing down.Most important control your eating by not pigging out on junk food & daily intake of food is to suitably adjusted to prevent extra calories getting loaded (as this results in weight gain)Adding a daily walk through out the day & keep moving & fidgeting helps to burn calories to keep your weight in check.A gym workout helps in building muscular mass ,bone density  & strength by use of different equipment available there & used by you regularly.But you could do plenty of resistance exercise everyday with body weight - work outs at your  own convenience or a simple pair adjustable dumbbells could be useful to maintain physique.Most important is not eating too much food everyday/week/month/year & that is the key to stop weight gain.I do not believe in dieting which is very tough on the body & mind .All the extreme dieting  tricks leads to failure & a rebound weight gain so I am personally not for it.

My weight fluctuates for no reason!!! what is going on?!?

I think you are worrying over it too much. According to what you are eating (seems pretty healthy. but seems to lack some MEAT and GREEN VEGGIES) and if you are getting at least some excerise every week and you aren't stressed most the time, YOU'LL BE FINE. Just remember to sleep regularly, don't stay up overnight too much.

I eat like everything and anything, and most of them are not very healthy, and my weight fluctuates easily, i could weigh 2-5 pounds more or less before and after my meals. It's been like this for a few years, and everything still seems fine.

I am 6' and i currently weigh around 160lb, and i'm male.

Every time i head back to Asia, i'd eat like twice what i usually eat and getting exercise maybe only once or twice a week, and i'd gain like 15-25lb within a month or two.
And when i head back to North America, i'd still eat whatever i want, but not as much as in Asia, and still maybe exercise once to twice every 2 week, and within a month i'd lose that 15-20 lbs i gained without effort.
Maybe i just have very fast metabolism or something. Maybe you too. You probably won't really start to balloon until you reach your mid 40s, so enjoy your college life still, and relax from time to time :D.
