Recently I received intimation u/s 143(1) (a) of Income Tax Act, 1961. Though I filled IT Return within time and with correct information about my Income according to my Form 16. Now what should I do?
This shouldn't be much of of a problem. This is usually sent where there is a mismatch between the income tax department records and the return filed. I was terminated from a job because of failing a background check regarding my previous job experience. Now I am applying for a job at Wipro BPO. Will they still accept me if I tell them that I was terminated because of background verification failure?
I had faced problem of negative feedback from previous employer in one of MNC verification because of that they asked me to resign from my position & did my smooth exit from organisation & provided me experience,relieving & FNF Letter (No blacklisting,Absconding or termination situation) & records are not updated on NSR.Last employer response I had discussed this with last employer then he has given me on mail that he will give positive feedback hence foreword.In last 2 year this MNC was my fourth organisation & i left job with previous employer as my salary was less & i had to fund for my younger's brother educatin & salary was good.While i was working with this MNC,they had provided me wrong information regarding the project & role.so i got opportunity to process my application with infosys which is registered with NSR & told them i will join infosys with previous experience.now i have provided information till previous employer & registered on NSR with same information(MNC is experience is not mentioned on NSR as i worked there for 2 month) i have given them information regarding the negative feedback to infosys HR.Questionshould i face any problem in infosys BGC verification?

Is it okay to be too much of a realist?
My now fiancee is a realist and so am i, i don't buy the whole fairy tale ending after getting married but i mean it is nice to hear from time to time. Hes been in all kinds of terrible relationships where he went out with girls who treat him badly, don't appreciate him and cheat on him. And now that he met me (good girl) i feel like he cant let go of the trauma that hes gone through before. I mean ive gone out with some assholes before too thats why we are both a bit insecure but i manage to always reassure him. Now that we going to get married soon, hes been talking about marraige but like too much of a realistic way like he says stuff like "hope we dont end up hating eachother" "if its a mistake, then its a mistake learned" and im just like WTF? You know and all this negative realistic talk doesn't really make me excited to get married. Any advice on how to handle this? Pls and thanks
