What Is Our Chance Compare To Vast Universe

How can something as complex as universe created by chance ?

just to give an idea as to how slim is the probability of a having patterns of high complexity stemming spontaneously out of chaos, if we shuffle a deck of 52 cards the probability that it becomes ordered is 1 in 8.0658175e+67.

so if you begin shuffling today, and assuming each shuffle takes 1 second, to exhaust that pattern you will need 2.557654e+60 years. let's say chances the deck will be ordered at half the shuffle and attained in 1.278827e+60 years. to make things simpler,. that's almost 1278827 billion billion billion billion billion billion years. while the age of the universe is 14 billion years. ordering the deck of 52 cards might requires on average, not twice the age of the universe, nor three times the age of the universe, but 9.1344784e+49 times the age of the universe.

that's 9134478400000000000000000000000000000000... times the age of the universe.

i think that this universe displays some complex patterns that require much more elegance and complexity than shuffling a deck of card, in addition to a long set of conditional probabilities that make the event of spontaneous life rather unlikely without an intricate set of preconditions to be set. it is not impossible, but rather odd, probability wise. the elegance of the mathematics that runs the universe does not suggest a chaotic and spontaneous reality.

just something else to ponder upon.

How does the Worm Universe compare to Marvel's or DC's?

The first thing to keep in mind, is that Worm is the result of a single story. The tale of Taylor Herbert. In order to tell that story, Wildbow created a hugely detailed universe and populated it with dozens of extremely fleshed out characters, each having their own distinct personalities and agency. Those side characters are given the chance to present their own perspective, but the vast majority of the story is seen through Taylor’s eyes. That means that the Worm Universe (Wormverse?) is consistent, self contained and more “realistic”. Consequences are real. When a character dies, they stay dead. Disasters are not erased from an issue to the next. Changes in personality are not retconned. The characters have to grapple with the consequences of their actions and those of their enemies. When a city in the story is torn asunder, the book focuses entire volumes in how they deal with the fallout.Things change.DC and Marvel, on the other hand, don’t show a consistent universe. Theirs is a collection (a vast one) of tales from hundreds of authors, about different aspects of a hero’s life. Those heroes evolve and change as time passes, sometimes switching tracks and sometimes staying consistent. But the sheer scale of the assorted stories makes the creating of a single “universe” impossible. How many reboots have occurred? How many times a character died and was revived?DC and Marvel show instead something else, a panthenon of greater-than-life heroes, whose personality and deeds transcend the design of a single author, and are the result of the combined effort of decades-worth of stories and tales. They are the Greek gods of our time, and the universe is secondary to the characters. It’s not exactly a fair comparison, both things are too different from one an other. A closer comparison would be one between the universe of the Watchmen and that of Worm. But that would be a whole other question.

What is the chance that we are not the only one in this universe?

According to me, there's a 100% chance that we are not alone in the universe. I'll tell you why.If you haven't heard about the wow signal, it was a deep space radio signal recieved by Ohio State university's big ear radio telescope. The signal appeared to come from the constellation Sagittarius. It was said to last a full duration of 72 seconds and Astronomer Jerry R. Ehman discovered an anomaly after researching the recorded data and he was so impressed by the result that he wrote “wow” on the side of the signal and that's how the signal was named. The Wow! signal remains the strongest candidate for an alien radio transmission ever detected. Some people also say that it was a distress signal from another species who were about to go extinct, we don't know how much true this idea is but it definitely tells us that we are not alone in the universe. We may not be able to contact them because of the lack of tech we have right now but somewhere out there in the vast universe beyond our reaches, a species is definitely living somewhere and we will soon find them or maybe they'll find us first :P

Initially people thought that the earth was in the centre of the universe. The quest in te description below?

Initially people thought that the earth was in the centre of the universe and human beings the most most inportabt creation. What diffrrene does it make to us to know that we are a small insignificant speck in this vast universe?

If the universe was a living being, what would we be in comparison?

The universe is the profound creator and supporter of human life. One individual human being contributes to the ongoing creation as a direct connection to the Infinitely Intelligent Creator. There is an infinite love relationship with the universe of creations, the creators of the universe and the Infinitely Intelligent Creator. In other words we are all unique attributes of the Infinitely Intelligent Creator that can develop our conscious densities of light to a stage of understanding, communicating and creating to be of service for the good of the whole.
