What Is The Average Percent Of People In America That Eat Taco Bell

What is the average percent of people in America that eat Taco Bell?

The percentage for taco bell will go up because of their PS4 promotion.

How many tacos are eaten in America?

Taco Bell serves around 2 billion tacos every year. Jack in the Box serves around 550 million. None of these are authentic Mexican tacos, of course, but that’s a lot of tacos and it doesn’t take into account all the ones served in American homes on those weird, crisp, yellow taco shells. Fish tacos, popularized in Baja, are all over the place these days, but it would be impossible to count how many restaurants offer them in different varieties. Mexican food, or at least the Americanized version of Mexican food is the third most popular cuisine in the US. You can get some good Mexican food in the states, but for the real deal you have to go south of the border. Or make it yourself.Taco USA: How Mexican Food Conquered America - Kindle edition by Gustavo Arellano. Do people in Mexico eat hard shell tacos, or is it an American thing?

Most of the Mexican food we eat in the United States is largely border area Mexican food adapted to the situation or taste of local residents. Mexico, like the United States, is a large country with different foods in the north, south, east, and west. I’d imagine tortillas in Mexico are similar to corn bread, tea, and cobbler in the United States in how different areas liked to use them.I’m from Rock Island county, Illinois on the Mississippi river. From the town that birthed John Deere and the Rock Island Line. In the 1930’s, there were a lot of Mexican immigrants that came to work on the railroad. The railroad basically set up a little town called Silvis. This little area has a street that war named Hero street. It is a simple block and a half long street. It is called that because it has the highest concentration of people to join the military and there is no other street in the country that has had a comparable number of people join. It is part of that original railroad town set up for the Mexican immigrants who came there. It is a largely Mexican area. For whatever reason, many Mexican people in this area certainly cook their tortillas in oil. My family largely did construction and the like and they learned to make Mexican food from the Mexicans there. They weren’t like Taco Bell and I don’t think I’d ever seen/eaten at a Taco Bell until I moved to Florida. Whether that was because there weren’t any in my area or my family simply didn’t go to them, I couldn’t tell you. Tortillas in our area were commonly fried in oil til they were hard or medium hard if you ordered a taco. I rarely do this myself as I prefer the flavor of tortillas heated in a dry pan or cooked on the grill but if I have tortillas that are a little old tasting I would cook them in oil without hesitation. The result is ballsicay a taco dorados that but it isn’t cooked with the filling in it.I met my wife in Florida. Her father is from the border town of Matamoros, Mexico. They never fry their tortillas unless they are eating flauntas. The Mexican food I grew up eating is different than what he is used to but I also noticed a difference in food in Mexico from the eastern part of the country to the western part. I’ve never been far south in the interior of Mexico, so I have nothing to compare to that.In either case, I’d argue that the sucky taco bell style tortilla tacos are simply the mass produced version of someone frying a tortilla at home.

Why does taco bell make you poop after you eat it?

Did you put a lot of hot sauce on your food? If so it's probably the hot sauce because it speeds up your metabolism.

How many people visit Taco Bell per day?

In the US alone, Taco Bell serves 40 million customers per week. This amounts to 5 698 630 customer per day!**BONUS ROUND**I did a bit of sleuthing on this one and the best projection I could come up with for their global visits per day is based on the following set of assumptions:The Above number is based on Taco Bell’s approximately 6500 US stores. There are also 300 stores outside of the USBy this:Each US store brings in an average of 877 customer per day (5 698 630/6500)If Taco Bell’s 300 global stores perform similarly on average, this amounts to an additional 96 031 500 annual customers (877*300*365)Taco Bell’s 300 global stores bring in an additional 263 100 customers per dayThe total projected daily visits to Taco Bell stores worldwide is 5 961 460 !

Why is America eating 554 million Jack In The Box tacos a year?

The answer will depend on the region you’re talking about. However I think I can speak a little for San Diego itself, the birthplace of Jack in the Box, Rubio’s (baja seafood mexican chain), and every form of unique *berto’s taco shop known to man. It’s a different taste.Just because we have access to the best Mexican fast food available — we have taco shops literally strewn about 1/2 mile in any direction in the developed part of the county — doesn’t mean we don’t also like different takes on it. Taco Bell is still popular here, after all. Del Taco somewhat less so, but still has a presence. Rubio’s Baja Grill, various other baja chains (Baja Grill, La Salsa), amazing sit-down Mexican restaurants you’d take your abuela to, Actual Mexico 20m away(!), and yes, even Jack in the Box’s omnipresent 2 tacos for $.99 deals. Each of them survive and prosper because they have a different taste, and we’re not so snobby that we’d question what any fellow San Diegan has a hankering for at 3 in the morning.About the only way we’ll judge you is if you’re a visitor coming in who makes a point to only go to Taco Bell because you think that’s what Mexican food is. It’s not. It’s Taco Bell. And Jack-in-the-Box tacos aren’t what Mexican food is either, but that doesn’t mean they can’t be amazing.EDIT: We’ll also judge you if you call these “taquitos”. They’re not, they’re rolled tacos. Taquitos are what you get in the frozen food aisle.

People say Taco Bell gives them diarrhea. If the claims are true, why are they still in business?

Taco Bell tastes good, and yes it does give some people diarrhea. I happen to be one of them. True Mexican cuisine also runs the risk of the same. It also depends on what you eat from Taco Bell. If I were to eat any of the meatless burrito varieties I would not have digestive dilemmas. If I have anything with their ground beef though the fats and how the meat is precooked before bagging to be recooked will not play nicely with me. There are also a fair amount of spices in the meat as well as salt, and salt in the right amounts has a laxative effect.Taco Bell tacos don’t seem to have the same effect on everyone though. I have seen friends be able to eat with impunity, and when I was younger before the changes that happened in my body after two pregnancies and a hysterectomy I also did not have a problem with afterburn and colon flushing.Someone else might have a more scientific answer, but this is what I have observed.

How may people don't like tacos?

My friend said I was the only one in America that doesn't like tacos. So I've made it my goal to see just how many people don't like tacos. Please, i do not want people telling me I'm crazy, just answers.
