What Is The Best Contact Management Software

What is the best contact management software for iPad?

I've always held to the idea that the best software for any platform is one that you can use on any platform. Right now, that's the web. The FullContact Address Book (I'm biased, but I work there because I love it) works great in your browser on the iPad. We're definitely going to do dedicated iOS apps (very soon as we're beta testing internally) because we know that people want them but we wanted to make sure that the product was available to the widest audience first. To answer your question directly, I believe that FullContact is the absolute best contact management that you can have on your iPad. We pull in your contacts, enrich them with social data, remove duplicates and then provide you with one, unified view for your contact, combining their email with the social media profiles, phone number and more. It's free, so give it a shot. Contact Management Software & API - FullContact

What is the best free contact management software to use for a sales team?

I have been using this software which is the best contact management software for sales team and its even free too!The software I am referring to is Agile CRM. It has been rateed the best by G2Crowd, Capterra, TrustRadius.Coming to its 360* contact management feature, have a detailed look below:View everything you need to know about each contact on a single page and deliver a personalized experience with every customer or prospect interaction.Build Contact ProfilesBuild a detailed profile for each contact that includes contact information, communication history, social media profiles, interests, points of engagement, lead scores, and related tasks and notes. Access all of that information from a single contact page.Share Information Across TeamsBecause you’re working in the cloud, every team member—regardless of their department—can have access to view and update information on a contact’s page. Regardless of who is assisting your customer today, he or she will have all that customer’s historical data at their fingertips.Improve Data IntegrityWhen every interaction that your staff has with a contact is tracked and updated in real time, the information therein will always be up-to-date. And when there is one source of information that everyone in your company is using, everyone pitches in to the data upkeep, producing cleaner, more accurate data to work with.Maximize EfficiencyWith everyone able to update the information on a contact’s page, you’re able to capture more data and insight more quickly. This drastically reduces inefficient overlap that occurs when two teams, working in isolation, gather the same information on the same contact. Your team will be able to focus more on high value tasks and less on data entry.Hope this helps! :)

With the rise of startup culture and open-source technologies, many companies are offering services that are affordable for small businesses and possess most of the features that their competitors do but at a much lesser price.Especially now, there are many free tools available in the market to choose from depending on the nature of the business and its potential market. But which is the best out of the whole lot? It should have positive reviews on quality review sites. It is Agile CRM which has been rated as the best by Capterra, G2Crowd and TrustRadius for SMBs. Their after-sales customer support is the best, as they have been available whenever my team needed them.Imagine a solution for journalists where you can do contact management using it’s various features such as single page contact management, contact timelines, tag-based segmentation, email marketing, email tracking, appointment scheduling, online chat, Integration with Gmail & Google calendar, get user analytics and much more - all in one single platform! It also allows you to add notes to each contact based on your recent interactions and follow their social media accounts as well. What is the best contact management software for a single person small business?

It's called Act!

Are there any good free contact management software programs out there?

Greetings everyone,

I've recently started a small business and want to be able to keep track of contacts and when I've communicated with them. ACT seems to be the big player in this category, but I was wanting to explore the free programs out there before shelling out any money.

Can anyone suggest a freeware program with ACT's features? Ideally, it should be a standalone application, but web-based suggestions are also welcome.

Thanks!

What is the best contact management tool for managing personal contacts?

The challenge that we face in maintaining important personal relationships is that of giving our most important relationships the mindshare they deserve vs. everyone else.Shameless plug: We’ve made Touch’d, a contact manager for personal relationship management, and it is optimized for maintaining ‘personal relationships’ with friends, family, co-workers AND customers. At the end of the day, every relationship is a relationship between two human beings and governed by the same dynamics. We’re a manager of human relationships. We let you select your favorites, set frequency of follow up and then calculate your relationship health with every favorite based on your calls, texts, WhatsApp, email and social media interactions. You can see your relationship health with anyone at any time, and be notified when you should be reaching out.You can set reminders and send customizable preset messages to multiple people with a few taps. You can even set add notes against your favorites, and have them pop on screen when you receive a call from or make a call to them.At any time, you can see your last interaction method and time for any contact! You can filter by people you haven’t talked to in x weeks or by location, and you can even set location perimeters against contacts to be notified when you’re near them (for contacts already using Touch’d you don’t need to set location perimeters and would be notified when their current location is near you). The most useful feature, however (IMHO) is the ability to see visually when it’s a good time to reach out to someone abroad, based on your time differences and honoring acceptable sociable hours). We even tell you how much later you should reach out to them or conversely by what time it’s suitable to call them. It’s freemium, do give it a spin. We’re offering free access to premium features for a limited time.Check out our v2 promo vid: Touch'd - And so it begins... Which is the best personal contact manager?

1. As others have pointed out before - LinkedIn has shutdown its APIs . Facebook has severely limited API access. So you will not find a contact manager that handles this well. There are ways to import LinkedIn contacts to your phone. I have described that elsewhere.2. By definition, every contact manager on Android will integrate with Gmail.3. Reminders for contacts grouping and tagging - Fullcontact supports it.4. Android and Web - Both Cloze and Fullcontact support this. Now that that’s out of the way, let me also throw Rolo into the mix. Though Rolo does not support all the features (we are working on quite a few of them including web support)What sets Rolo apart is that we get your ‘work flow’. We try to make your everyday tasks that much easier. Take for example sharing contacts. If someone calls you and asks for a number, how many taps does that take today (Never mind - stop counting!). With Rolo, it is just two taps. Take a look! There is a lot more to Rolo. Take a look at our 1 minute Promo video

What is the best Gmail contact management platform or software?

Another option is FullContact (yes, I work for them, so I'm a little biased). Our contact management app pulls in Google Contacts, cleans them up, merges duplicates, & enriches contacts with social media profiles, company names, and photos. It then syncs them back to Gmail automatically. We're currently in closed beta, letting people in on a rolling basis in small batches. Head over to our website and sign up for the beta, and we'll get you on the list.Update - Wow, it's been a long time since this message. Since then, we've made a number of major changes - first, we now have apps for iOS, Android, and Mac, as well as a Chrome extension called FullContact for Gmail that lets you manage contacts (and see info on non-contacts) without leaving your Gmail inbox. We've also added support for keeping more than one Gmail Contacts account in sync, as well as automatically updating contacts from info contained in email signatures received in Gmail. I'm still biased, but I do think it's the most full-featured contact management platform for Gmail currently available. :)
