Which are the best residential apartments in Bangalore that are reasonably priced?

One of the hottest projects in Bangalore that I would personally recommend anyone to purchase an apartment would be Prestige Jindal City. You can select your apartment from a wide range of 1, 2, 3 and 4 BHK units available in various combinations. This way, people of all income groups can easily buy an apartment. Situated in Tumkur Road, this ambitious project was developed by Prestige Group. This project was meticulously designed by the best architects and engineers of the country. Their contemporary, yet sophisticated design is well received by the Bangalorians. No expenses were spared by the Prestige Group in order to deliver a top of the line residential project. Prestige Jindal City is away from the hustle - bustle of the city and all of the air pollution that comes with it. It is ideal for those who wish to sit back and relax in the lap of nature. Some of the amenities provided in the project includes:ClubhouseGymnasiumTennis CourtBasketball CourtPlaygroundIndoor GamesSwimming PoolGardenLibraryCafeteriaCommunity HallRain Water HarvestingSecurity

I lost 13 kgs (from 77 kgs to 64 kgs) in the span of the last 1.5 years, but I have stagnated at my current weight. What can I do to further my weight loss and build a more athletic figure?

Stagnation of weight is actually a very common occurrence and in your case, predictable. Here is why:1. The amount of calories you spend in a day largely depends on your weight too. You were eating 1500 cal when you were 77 and you lost weight. Well enough. But you are much lighter now and the body needs lesser energy to carry itself, lets say 1600 cal. Of course you won't lose weight anymore.2. Considering you maintain a normal jogging pace, about 5.5-6 mph, 30min. of treadmill 3 days a week, you are burning 200-300 calories per session only. And that is probably not enough to create a calorie deficit to lose weight3. The bigger issue is that your routine is repetitive. I understand that everyone tends to stick to what they like. However, once you have followed it for long enough, your muscles get stronger and more adept at it, you are no longer burning the same number of calories to do that exercise, as you did on Day 1. So instead of 200-300 cal. above, you could be burning 100-200 cal now. Bummer! You should switch your routine and try a variety of other stuff. I also suggest to try 30 min everyday (minimum FDA suggestion). If you want an athletic figure, you must weight train. How else would do get those pecs and biceps and so on? And weight training has a bigger plus side. It amps up your calorie burn even after you are done with your workout. AND, more muscle mass increases your basal metabolic rate, so in 24 hr you end up burning mega calories. About yoga, I am Indian and probably will go to hell for saying this: I hate it. I find it boring and knowing the benefits still won't motivate me to go to yoga class. Big deal! There are a variety of other stuff out there. Tabata, kickboxing, zumba, spinning, bootcamp. Find what you like and stick to it. Good luck!

If the Sun is 93 million miles away, how come it gets hot enough to burn us? How close would we have to be for it to melt us?

The sun puts out massive, and I mean MASSIVE, amounts of energy. Visible light, infrared, radio waves, and ultraviolet, even xrays. This eneegy goes into space and it hits other planets. A more appropriate term would be that the planets are “swimming” in a sea of energy coming out of the sun. Of course the further you are the less you get. Most of what we feel/see as heat, is from the infrared light that the sun sends out. Of course our own atmosphere and the planet itself plays a role in heating us up as well. If our atmosphere didn't exist it probably wouldn't get as hot. At least it would be a lot colder (I could be wrong about this.)For example, venus is actually hotter than mercury even though it's further away. That's because the heat from the sun gets trapped on venus due to its atmosphere.
