You having just under 1200 sq ft should round out to be around $2300.00 & $2500.00 for your labor cost. Now, you mentioning the fact that you have "holes" could increase the amount due to the fact that this would more than likely require removing & replacing your floor's underlayment. This too, would more than likely be an additional amount to add to the total job cost. After a cystotomy you can expect some discomfort particularly in the first week post-op. It is also normal to see some blood in the urine during this time period. Peak inflammation is reached 2-3 days after any insult to tissue, so pain would be expected to be worse today. Jumping up on things is the worst activity for any abdominal incision it causes more inflammation and can prolong healing. Make sure you are keeping her confined- no running, jumping, or stairs, on leash to the bathroom then right back in (restrict activity for 2 weeks). Not eating or drinking is a sign of pain, also not being able to settle down or go to sleep, your vet may need to adjust her pain medicine, it is worthy of a call. You do need to be checking her incision to make sure that it is intact, and that she is not licking it.
